Lovely way to get introduce to Sri Lanka for the first time!
We arrived early in the morning we met with the night receptionist tall lad who was a nerd/fan of GOT and HOD aswell as Harry Potter lovely conversation and positive approach and check-in was done swiftly as we were very tired from our trip. Had all the details about my booking and requirement and read all that to me to ensure that I requested same.
The next day we had our first experience of Sri Lankan cuisine in Dine restaurant which was a lovely experience from the food to the wine selection it was really good. Best Buffet Restaurant in Sri Lanka. Chapeau to the chef. The waitress was nice small little girl who assisted us and told us she’s from Kandy.
The room was ok, with a nice scenic view of the Indian Ocean. The housekeeping staff attended to all my requirements so kind and helpful.
We Stayed for about 3 Days and Radisson Colombo really helped us to ease into the capital. My only comment about this hotel is that the Roof Top Pool area needs a lot of work it is where the guest spend most of their time and it needs attention on the outside and maintenance.
Hotel was clean all around. Me and my husband. Was very happy!

Good property but poor hospitality.
Hotel Radisson Colombo has a locational advantage , especially with front rooms having a breezy view of the road, trains running and sea.
Front office team's hospitality is below par in contrast to Radisson standards.
Rooms are good. Walkway to rooms stink.
Rooms are spacious and comfortably done with cushy mattresses ,pillows ,good linens, fixtures and fittings.
Contrary to the hype ,buffet breakfast is a let down with mostly Indian cuisines whereas other cuisines including local Sri Lankan cuisines conspicuously missing.This needs a correction.
Overall a good stay option close to major landmarks.

Best views Cospa location good
It was about 40 minutes by Uber from the airport to the hotel with no traffic on the late-night expressway for LKR 5,592 (about 2800 yen, including airport charges). Located on the beach road, it's a convenient location for any Uber user. There is an infinity pool on the top floor. There is a restaurant on the 2nd floor and a bar on the top floor, and people come and go, but to get to the accommodation floor you need to authenticate your room card by elevator, so it is very secure. Ocean View Room Accommodation, clean, new, fuzzy sleeping bed, WIFI crisp, water pressure and temperature controlled shower, pistol washlet, all amenities. And the view of the sea spreading out over your eyes is amazing! We enjoyed a wide variety of authentic Sri Lankan breakfasts, especially authentic Sri Lankan curry. The staff were kind and courteous and I was able to stay comfortably. I want to stay here again next time. I recommend it.

Property location is Good. Services and Hospitality require major improvement. Staff can be more courteous.

General review
The rooms were quiet spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had a lot of variety and we had a great time here.
