Overall, a good experience

Had a wonderful dining experience at Elyon Colombo. The food was excellent, and the service was warm and attentive. Special thanks to Naresh (Room Service), Themura, Godfrey, and Chef Namasha for making our visit memorable. We truly appreciated their hospitality and look forward to visiting again.

I had an amazing stay at Best Western Elyon Colombo. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special mention goes to the talented FOM, whose professionalism, leadership, and attention to guest satisfaction truly made the experience memorable. Their warm and welcoming attitude reflected the high standards of the hotel.
The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The food was delicious with a great variety of choices, and the rooftop dining area offered stunning views of Colombo.
Every staff member was polite, attentive, and always ready to help, making the service feel truly world-class. The hotel’s convenient location and excellent facilities added even more value to the stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Colombo. It was a genuine 5-star experience, and I will definitely visit again!
