Food was fab and the staff was super friendly.!

Me and my friends wanted to visit yala. so i searched so many places and thought where i can stay night near to yala national park. Finally we found Wapi Bungalow .We stayed for 2 nights the rooms were fine with a fantastic view of the lake just meters away. Good bathrooms & shower. Moreover Wapi is a good place to reach yala national park & Bundala National Park. Food was fab and the staff was super friendly. Wonderful nature experience for everyone...

Nice quarky but quite location

This is a good place if you are happy to experience rural dry zone country side in Sri Lanka. Rooms have air conditioning and generally clean. But do not expect five star hotel standards.
Food is supplied by the care taker and his staff.

Wapi - a mysterious and happy surprised

Wapi is a charming setting for a bungalow, nestled in the jungle Yala, it is an energetic and lively, yet strangely relaxing place. The night time sounds of nature echoes in your mind and you take it away when you leave it. The food is excellent and prepared in a very homely and an authentic Sri lankan way and we were hosted by some of the nicest people on our trip. All in all it's a very good stay.

A good stay

Wapi bungalow yodakandiya, yala is such a pleasing getaway and a perfect escape. Delicious meals and the Eco environment made it even better. Thank you for everything and will be coming back very soon.

Great Place to Relax & Unwind !!!

Situated on the bund of the Yodakandiya Tank its a Lovely Place to relax and the Yala Safari arranged by the Bunglow was fantastic . Great Chef too did a yummy Barbercue !!! Good if the place is better landscaped which will add value to the experience of Guests
