Worst hotel in my life

The photos on Booking.com are very different from reality. The rooms are infested with bedbugs and ants, it stinks, everything is broken, and the sheets are dirty. I wanted to run away, but I had no choice. This hotel needs a complete renovation.

Bad experience!

Bad experience
Booking with booking check in with 2 h later than we had been communicated.room without balcony as per booking but only a balcony for passage
Breakfast just enough and always late.
At our check out after paying (we were x our fortune still in the hotel) booking notifies me of the cancellation of my booking as if we had not shown up we asked for clarification and the staff pretended not to know the reason.
After my bad review on booking I was contacted by the owner on w.a asking me to cancel my review in exchange for the return at first 1 night then the total.
I asked again if you had an explanation regarding the cancellation
occurred but digressed without giving a plausible answer.
I proposed to refund on the card but as expected it did not.
I'm sure Srilanka as far as it's shown us doesn't need these characters!

Find somewhere else.

The room was clean, staff were friendly and location great. The rooms were nothing like the photos. Furniture was worn out and chair unusable. We had no power day 1, no water day 2, a trickle of water day 3 then we left and skipped the 4th night we'd booked. No balcony, no window except high up or to share your room with staff walkway to the laundry. We had a double and family room. Family room had a kettle but nowhere to plug it in. Water, soap and towels were provided. Very expensive and barely 2 star. Breakfast was a set meal but good. TV didn't work and there was definitely no balcony as shown in the photos. Find somewhere else. We were extremely disappointed and left dying for a shower!!

SCAM Alert!!

The manager/owner is a complete fraud. We booked for a night and he Scammed us with fake room pictures with balcony. He even called me and threatened for putting negative reportagainst me in booking.com. He is a pure racist and talked about my country in a very negative way. Seems like, he only prefers white people to book his property instead of Indians or Bangladeshis.
I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE TO STAY HERE!
