No a/c and nothing worn

Good size in the room but no a/c as well as cockroach in the bathroom.

Terrible!

the road to it terribly steep not to do. When we arrived the road to the hotel was broken up then they threw a layer of clayey sand on it. It started to rain in the evening could hardly come up. When they filed a complaint, they did not see what the problem was. Looking for another hotel! Rooms small and very dated

Rock Face Hotel in a slippery rock.

The rooms were very good for the price. But access to this hotel was not so good. You need to climb for 50-60 feet on a slope. It was difficult on a rainy day for senior citizens. Road from the main street was very very narrow with hairpin bents. No proper sign and the hotel front gate was closed and not contactable. Run by family members. Only the lady speaks English. Common fridge outside. Can be improvided

Very good location and very good team

We had the small apartment on the ground floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, really perfect and beautiful, unfortunately without a view. If you go to the first or second floor, you have a fantastic view of Adams Peak and Little Adams Peak. Really sensational! The location is mega, just walk down the very steep road and you stand in the middle of Ella. The breakfast was great and the team mega nice and helpful.
