Fantastic!!

Fantastic!! A very nice days. I Will come back this year again. Its a really litle paradise...and the family a very sweet and warm . You need to feel that.

Bad management

I had booked and paid for a ground floor room with pool access at Little Paradise. When I arrived, the staff initially told me that they could not find my reservation. After checking again, they eventually discovered that my booking was in their system after all. However, they had already given my room to other guests, claiming it was because those guests had experienced flight cancellations.
This is simply not acceptable. I had a confirmed reservation and had already paid for a specific room category.
Instead, I was offered a completely different room that did not compare in any way to what I had booked. The room faced the opposite direction, looked out toward other buildings rather than the pool area, and did not even have a balcony – despite the fact that I had specifically paid for a room with pool access.
After spending both time and money on transportation to reach the hotel, being told that my room had been given away was extremely frustrating. The alternative offered was far below the standard of what I had paid for.
Because of this situation, I ultimately had to leave and find another place to stay that could actually deliver the standard that Little Paradise failed to provide.
After a longer correspondence with Hotels.com, I eventually received a refund for the booking. No other compensation, nor any real attempt to resolve the situation.
When I left the property, no one apologized for selling my room to other guests, and there was not even a simple goodbye. They seemed very ununderstanding of my situation.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Bad service and bad management. Will not recommend.

Absolutely perfect in every way. Great value for money. Beautiful view from our balcony over the lovely swimming pool. Breakfast was massive! Abu was really helpful. He also picked us up from the airport, and drove us to Hillary’s via a turtle hatchery and a boat trip on the River Madu. I would definitely recommend him as a driver if you’re looking for someone reliable.

Great location, friendly family & staff!

We had a lovely stay with on these beautiful grounds. Staff and family were very friendly ensuring we had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Staff were amazing and went above and beyond for us. Breakfast was lovely they gave us a selection of fruits, toast an omelette and pots of tea and coffee. Highly recommend
