Lokalizacja hotelu w samym centrum. Wszędzie blisko, metro, restauracje. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo kulturalna, nie przeszkadzała w pobycie, pani sprzątająca pokój May - rewelacyjna praca, codziennie pokój posprzątany wymiana ręczników na świeże.

Świetna lokalizacja, dobry hotel
Lokalizacja, lokalizacja, lokalizacja - łatwo wziąć MRT z lotniska i wyskoczyć kilka kroków od hotelu. Kilka innych linii mrt było zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od hotelu. Odwiedziłem w lutym, a oni mierzyli twoją temperaturę, zanim przyszedłeś i musiałem podpisać, że ostatnio nie byłeś w Chinach.
Miałem standardowy pokój, który wcale mnie nie zaskoczył, ale jeśli otworzysz walizkę na stojaku, nie będziesz w stanie przejść obok niej do łazienki - bardzo ciasno. Miałem problem z regulacją prądu przemiennego, nagrzałem go i nie mogłem go ponownie zmienić. Zostawiłem notatkę, a oni dostosowali ją z powrotem do niższej temperatury.
Próbowałem basen pewnego popołudnia, ładne rośliny nad tylnym balkonem, ale sam basen jest prawie wałem powietrznym i jest bardzo zimny, niezbyt zachęcający.

Cudowny pobyt
To bardzo ładny hotel z doskonałą lokalizacją tuż obok stacji MRT. Pomógł nam Pan Henry, bardzo fantastyczna osoba z obsługą hotelową na najwyższym poziomie. Jest bardzo przyjazny i pomaga nam w naszych bagażach, zwłaszcza że jesteśmy 22 osobami podróżującymi razem. To fantastyczna pomoc, dla której możesz nas znaleźć!

Świetna podróz
Zostałem całkowicie przywitany i pod opieką hotelu, szczególnie Henry, oficer obsługi gości i główny konsjerż, który cierpliwie i szczęśliwie pomógł mi z wszystkimi moimi potrzebami zakwaterowania, zapytaniami i informacjami i sprawił, że mój pobyt był bardzo przyjemny. Zdecydowanie polecam przyjechać do Singapuru i poprosić Henry'ego o wszelką pomoc.

Miły hotel na krótki pobyt
Zameldowanie było łatwe i szybkie, a personel bardzo pomocny. Pokoje w tym hotelu są małe i trudno było pomieścić 2 duże walizki w naszym pokoju. Sejf nie działał, wydawał się zablokowany i nie chciał się otworzyć. Nasza łazienka mogła być czystsza. Mocowanie głowicy prysznicowej było wadliwe i wyciekł jeden z kranów. Ściany są niesamowicie cienkie. Obudziliśmy się pewnej nocy, myśląc, że w naszym pokoju jest mężczyzna, gdy ktoś z sąsiedztwa głośno kichnął. Usłyszeliśmy również rozmowy i hałas z ogłoszenia o windzie. Nasz pokój nie był w ogóle zrobiony, gdy tam byliśmy. Poprosiliśmy o pozostawienie go pewnego ranka, ale nie zrobiono tego również w żaden inny poranek. Lokalizacja hotelu jest dobra, stacja MRT i przystanki autobusowe znajdują się bardzo blisko. Nigdy nie znaleźliśmy restauracji obok, więc dokonaliśmy innych ustaleń na śniadanie. Ten hotel jest dobry na krótki postój, ale tak naprawdę nie chciałbym zostać dłużej z powodu braku miejsca. Bardzo pozytywnie: konsjerż był niesamowity. Bardzo dobrze zna się na okolicy i dostarcza pomysłów na wycieczki i ustalenia dotyczące podróży.
