Lovely looking hotel. Beautiful art. Comfortable bed. Amazing view. Large bathroom with good toiletries.
However kettle was broken. Internet unstable. Did not respond initially when messaged a question, prior to our arrival, about the airport shuttle. When I messaged again I was made aware that they do not have one and advised to get a taxi.
Staff appeared efficient when we were there. Our experience was improved by the kindness of the gentleman who took the time to help us with our bags and demonstrated kindness.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the Wi-Fi. It is not very strong or stable. Had a hard time connecting my computer to the Wi-Fi.

Wonderful staff (Naren) who looked after us well after a long journey to singapore. Upgraded room was even amazing.

Great Hotel in Little India

Kelsie Chua - Assistant Guest Services Manager: extended our check-out time to 3:00 as my husband requested, due to my feeling under the weather and needing to rest.
Param - Guest Services representative: saw that we would be celebrating my husband's birthday during our stay, and gave us a lovely, upgraded room without our asking. He also sent us a beautiful and delicious chocolate birthday cake.
The hotel is conveniently located in the Farrer neighborhood of Little India, with a metro station underneath it. There are plenty of stores, restaurants, and a large mall within walking distance. The vibrant shops, sounds, and sights of Little India are minutes away.
The hotel itself is immaculate and the service is top-notch. There were a couple of minor inconveniences but they were resolved very quickly and pleasantly. The outdoor swimming pool is immense, and great for swimming, relaxing, or cooling off.
We would stay here again.

Club Rooms Offered Wonderful Value and the lovely Malek!

On arrival our basic club room was upgraded to a panoramic 'villa' room on level 20. Club access was great value inclusion with food and drinks all day of good quality and the lovely Malek in the club to look after us. Central in Little India and 1 minute from Mustafa and the Metro. We had access to club pool on 18 but the 50 metre pool on level 6 was always empty...amazing stay . We would be back. The room did need some maintenance...the toilet was Japanese variety with some semi exposed wiring and was crooked. There is a bit of carpet wear at entry to bedroom. Overall though an amazing value stay. We loved it.
