My 4-night, 5-day stay exceeded expectations for a city-fringe hotel. From the attentive staff to the well-appointed room and quality F&B outlets, the overall experience rivaled that of larger CBD hotel chains.
The room was thoughtfully designed as a tranquil retreat, complete with a filtered water dispenser—a small but much-appreciated touch. With views stretching toward lush greenery in the distance, the setting offered a refreshing sense of calm.
Ideal for guests seeking a quieter stay away from the crowds, the hotel also provides excellent connectivity—just minutes from Orchard Road, Shenton Way, and the western parts of Singapore.
A special mention goes to Adrian and Kumar from the concierge team during my first visit, and Simie and Hidavat on my second. Their warm, attentive service truly elevated the experience. Thank you.

Very rude and unfriendly staffs. The reception counter staffs are very unprofessional and seems not communicating between themselves. Very rude in collecting payment and asking for repeating payment.

When we arrived we were given a room which was a twin room even though I had booked a superior queen Room. They did offer me an upgrade for $30 per person but that would’ve only given me the room that I actually booked. Also we were only made aware that the pool and the gym were not available When we arrived. This hotel is reported to be a five star however I would give it no more than two.

Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Pillows are too big that not very comfortable, breakfast buffet choices are limited and taste are not very suitable for us sadly.

Nice hotel, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly staff and average buffet breakfast.
