Cheap and cheerful

I got what I paid for - a well equipped compact room and en suite which matched the description on their website. The included breakfast was served in the cafe next door. Be prepared for the call to prayer from nearby mosque.

Bad review

I booked from Agoda .I booked no window 1 double bed room. But I checked in time ,staff said you wrongly booked and the staff gave me 2 single bed room. When I want double bed room , need to pay extra charges 30 dollars . After that , I showed the booking and the staff gave me another 1 double bed room . But I stayed in more than 1 hour , this room is very hot . Room temperature also 28,29 only.I told the staff . The staff checked the room but they answered can’t do anything.They said if I want to room move need to pay extra charges and complain to Agoda and this is not their hotel fault. So I stayed the whole night hot.The staff also not very kind and not friendly.This happen in 31/03/2026 at 1130pm.

This is okay for one night, tiny room without a window, but reasonably clean, and the shower worked. Location is good near bus station and a few minutes walk from MRT and a lot of restaurants nearby.

I had an overnight stay at the said hotel. The room that was allocated to me was the same that was shown in the photos at Trip.com. Check in had to wait a little longer as there is only 1 counter and I have to diy using the hotel handphone. There was a staff who assisted during the check in and also she was busy prepping for other customers. The room is good even though I had the room with no window.. The room was clean and also the bed and pillow is to my preference.

2 incident here.
1) This staff is what I think is worst. I have difficult to scan my face for check in. This have been 10mins struggling there. But he still “watching” his phone without offering or ask any help is it needed. In the end, I raise hand and ask for help.
2) The lift card detection sensitivity is low, the card need to touch on the button pad and not at the area instruction that highlighted in picture. The cleaner help me to ask the receptionist (same male staff) come here for help. Then he reply a very surprise answer. “OH, a lot of people encounter this. U should put higher and tag”
Since a lot of people encounter this, why don’t think a better procedure or instruction and tap slightly upper. Instead of waiting people keep suffer and suffer this.
