Helpful staff when we arrived and allowed us to check in slightly earlier. The room was clean and big enough for our five day stay. The Pool is a very good size but a little bit noisy with the air-conditioning units around it, there is a small Gym on site which we didn’t get the opportunity to use, we also didn’t have breakfast as it seemed a little overpriced and there are lots of food places in the area. Great location for the Metro, shopping, eating out and walking. Overall, we had a great stay and would return to this hotel.

Horrible experience at this hotel. The refrigerator was not working - after repeatedly reporting for 3 days, one idiot came from maintenance team. He said it’s not a refrigerator but it’s a chiller!! I told him to open it and check if it’s “chilling”. He put his hand in and said it’s working fine. He said he can swap it but the new one also will be the “chiller”!! Told him to get out finally.

Clean room, fairly good location but very dated property/rooms. However good value for money compared to other hotels near Orchard Road.

We stayed for 2 days and 2 nights in this hotel. Food at breakfast was good. Room is okay but requires maintainance. This hotel is near restaurants and train station.
