5/5 great place to stay if visiting Singapore!

Amazing stay, perfect location in the heart of Singapore right next to china town. Great facilities, the room was great condition. They also had a washing machine for us to use free of charge.
You have to put a deposit on for the room but it was refunded within 24 hours so not a problem with that either!
Highly recommend!

Good stay, great location.

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The location in Chinatown was excellent, with plenty of food places, shops and transport nearby, making it easy to get around Singapore. The room was clean, modern and had everything we needed for a short stay.
The only downside was that the room was quite small, so it felt a bit cramped at times, especially with luggage. Apart from that, the hotel was comfortable and well maintained. Overall, a great option if you want to stay in a central area.

Great hotel near Chinatown

We stayed in a premium loft room for 5 nights. Check in was quick and efficient using the mobile app and digital key. Located in the edge of Chinatown, it was ideally located to explore the city.
The room itself was bright, clean and well equipped. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The aircon was excellent.
Xia, Mary, and Dolly who were the hotel guest relations dealt with our questions and requests promptly. Their detailed knowledge helped us plan our stay. They recommended places to eat and advised on travel options. They also gave us suggestions for itineraries for each day in order to optimise our time.
We would definitely stay again and will recommend this hotel to anyone looking to come to Singapore. It was also great value for money.

Brilliant stay for a few days in Singapore

Online check in and app was super easy to use, with no issues. We were able to check in seamlessly, which was appreciated after a long flight.
Room was compact but had everything you could need. Air conditioning was brilliant and room very clean. The self service laundry was also a good plus at no cost (detergent provided).
Location was very good, central to everything you could need and metro links.
The team were very helpful, available on site and via WhatsApp for anything we needed. (Mary & Yani)

Very good location

Hotel without reception, check in online to arrive and do no more. Room without window. It has 3 portals, we were housed in the C. Our room has the bed wedged against the wall and it is somewhat uncomfortable to go over the other person when you want to go to the bathroom as there is no other way. Kitchen with everything you need except hob. There is air conditioning. They don't give you a key, everything works with an app and without wifi you're lost. In building A there is a tablet with direct communication with the managers but if you can not open the door of the portal you can not communicate when you arrive. They'll figure it out soon if you get in.

Como se indicó al realizar la reserva, el tipo de habitación seleccionado no tiene ventana y la configuración puede variar ligeramente según la unidad. En cuanto a sus comentarios sobre la distribución de las camas, entendemos que puede que no haya sido la ideal para sus necesidades y agradecemos su comprensión.
También nos gustaría aclarar que nuestro hotel ofrece auto check-in móvil y que todos los check-ins se realizan digitalmente. Si bien no tenemos recepción física, nuestro equipo está disponible de forma remota para ayudarle las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana. Compartimos los datos de acceso al edificio con antelación para garantizar una llegada sin contratiempos. Dicho esto, lamentamos que haya tenido dificultades para entrar y agradecemos su paciencia mientras se solucionaba el problema.
Gracias de nuevo por alojarse con nosotros y esperamos darle la bienvenida de nuevo con una mejor experiencia la próxima vez.
