Was an ice holiday! The Hotes is located in the heart of the action, the food is very OK, and the Tea at the crystal Lounge was the best Part!

I checked in late around 2015pm and was staying for 2 nights....i requested for 1330pm or 1400pm latest late checkout as I was afraid i may not make it back in time.....staff checking me in had to get approval and after asking the gentleman next to her, she said manager only approved till 1300pm........30mins makes a difference? Check in/out took longer than usual...Do Not Disturb sign goes off by itself so someone actually came in to make the room when i did not want anyone in my room while I was away....
Wont be my priority hotel going forward for sure :(

Hotel is really busy. Breakfast is at reception so its a little congested. Room safe did not. Location is good and safe friendly. Food in bar also good. But bar closes too early

Outstanding Customer Service!

I was staying here for a work event. I would like to give special compliments to the concierge team (Iman, Lornie, Ismail, Shahir, and the rest of the concierge team who were in the other shifts) for their SUPERB service!
They never fail to greet me with a warm smile and check-in to see if my event was going smoothly. They are always there to help and coordinate with my team if we have any transportation arrangements or items to move. I think the most impressive thing was that they even remembered my car plate number from my past event when I went down to collect carpark coupons.
Always very appreciative of GPCH team and I always enjoy working with them for my events!
Special shoutout to Jean, Audrey, Casper and team for accommodating our requests and arranging a comfortable and pleasant stay for our guests. Thank you GPCH team!!

Had 2 stays within a 10 day period.
The hotel was clean & modern with a touch of coziness on the rooms.
The QR code for the room control could not be activated by both of us & also by the staff. The temperature could not be set to what we wanted & the room was warm at times.
Breakfast was average as compared to Parkroyal Collection Kuala Lumpur where we spent 4 nights.
No choice of sausages, no bacon, no hash browns, no baked beans or grilled tomatoes on offer everyday.
Staff are courteous & friendly & happy to help.
Overall a good hotel in a very convenient location & good value for money.
