What are welcome to Singapore!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Close to Marina Bay and the Cruise Support. Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was included in my reservation. Although breakfast was not included for my 6 year old daughter, staff did allow her to eat for free, which showed good customer service.. shuttle was provided to Marina Bay for shopping and exploration of Singapore.

Handicapped dedicated room assignment without asking. No shower booth, no curtains resulting in wet condition of bathroom. No apology for complaint.

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked into the lobby we could see it was a high end property. The hotel staff employee that checked us in was so helpful and friendly. She made us feel welcome and gave us a beautiful room. We stayed in the king suite with a private patio and outdoor tub with a shower. It was luxurious,spotless, quiet and had the most amazing comfortable bed/pillows and bathroom. The outdoor pool was fun with live music making us feel like we were at a resort as we sipped our drinks. Breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of choices. We only had one night here as it was a lay over to our next destination,but we both agreed we could of stayed here longer to enjoy the hotel and facilities. It was beautiful to experience. I believe the staff members name was Alicia that checked us in. We would like to thank her especially for making our stay so special. We will return and stay longer next time!

A "Battlestar Galactica"-scaled getaway destination unto its own
megalomania (not like we are complaining) Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore. You shall want for nothing, because it has pretty much everything, even brandishing intentioned redundancies wherever possible. Not contented with skylarking in just one pool? Try three. If golf ain't your wheelhouse, there's tennis, even padel courts to work up a healthy sweat, prodigiously equipped 24-hour fitness centre always beckoning aside.
Strangely enough, such outward pomp and circumstance didn't comport with the guest rooms themselves (or our Deluxe Laguna King, at least), muted as they come. Mired in ascetic colours, relevant creature comforts transpire but do not abound. An air of understated luxury eddied nevertheless, assuming little heed gets paid to that milquetoast floral vignette emblazoned above the headboard.
Slept well, leisured hard, ate terrific (@ gussied-up resident restaurant Greenhouse; the pangrattato-dusted scorched bone marrow and Confit Chicken à la King which was wallowed in white wine + tarragon velouté tasted especially paradisiacal). Further sprinkle on supererogatory service evinced by hotel staff, guess it's safe to consider us in mortal danger of mounting a repeat sojourn.
