Exceptional Stay.
I recently spent two nights at Naturalis Oceanview Residences and was thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered truly breathtaking views over the ocean, Eden Island, and the surrounding islands. It's a peaceful retreat that provides all the essentials for both short and extended stays — including a cooker, microwave, fridge, and TV.
What really sets this place apart are the thoughtful details: napkins, a wine opener, and other little touches that make you feel instantly at home. Its proximity to both Victoria and Eden Island (just a five-minute drive) makes it an ideal base for those visiting for business or leisure.
However, the true highlight of my stay was the outstanding hospitality provided by Roland, the owner. From the warm welcome and detailed orientation to his genuine care throughout, Roland exemplifies what hospitality should be. Unfortunately, I fell ill on my second night — and Roland went above and beyond, offering assistance, checking on me regularly, and even staying up all night to ensure I was okay. He offered a late check-out without hesitation, showing a level of empathy and service that’s incredibly rare.
It’s this kind of personal attention and commitment to guests that defines true quality. I’ll definitely be returning to Naturalis Oceanview Residences on my next visit. Thank you, Roland, and your team, for everything — your kindness made all the difference.
