A week of Heaven

I spent a week here and it was a wonderful experience. The beach and surrounding area within the compound was heavenly. The Chalet itself was extremely comfortable and the Aircon at night was great and I was able to sleep well. During the day I had the windows and door open and I enjoyed the nice breeze and views of the Ocean. Remember to bring your snorkeling gear and reef friendly sun screen as the beach front area is incredible. I was looking for a nice relaxing beach experience in Seychelles that was quiet and not resort like. The Chalets D'Anse Forbans were spot on and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. This place is incredible and a real gem on Make.

Welcome to Paradise!!!

An ideal location on the most beautiful beach of Mahé. The accommodations a few meters from the ocean are very comfortable, very well equipped. It feels like home. The rates are very reasonable. The welcome by the family owner is an example of kindness, availability. They will give you all the necessary advice to optimize your stay. We've been back for 3 years. Next year we will return to this paradise again. It is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday taking full advantage of a wonderful lagoon.

Delightful, peaceful stay

The chalets are spacious, well-equipped and clean with a veranda for enjoying the very peaceful surroundings. The stunning beach is a few steps across the grass; it was empty during our visit and felt like a private beach. The beautiful warm sea was a little wavy in September, which is unusual for this time of the year. A car is fairly essential, there is little within walking distance, and it would be a shame to miss the other beautiful beaches. Apparently, there is a good local bus service. The owners are delightful, extremely helpful and accommodating.
We would definitely stay here again.

The chalets are great! They are clean and very comfortable. The location is very beautiful and quiet. The anse forbans is the second most beautiful beach we have seen on the Seychelles.
A shop, where you can buy everything you need, is like 10 minutes away by foot. We also felt safe there. Not everybody can enter the area/gate just like that.
The owners of the chalets and the whole staff are very very polite!!
I recommend everyone staying at Chalets d’Anse Forbans (if you are fine with self catering)!

Tourist base on the east coast of Mahe

The apartments are 40 minutes' drive from Victoria Airport. A quiet secluded place on the east coast of Mahe. Large green area with access to the sea. You can swim both during low and high tides. On one side is the HILTON DT hotel, on the other is a wild beach. The entrance to the TRAIL is 500 meters away. The photos are wonderful. The houses are from the 90s, but most of the amenities are there (except for a microwave). The positive aspects include the absence of a TV. The owners or managers (married couple) are calm people. Food delivery is available. There is a minimarket and cafe nearby. Disadvantages: room is cleaned every other day, Wi-Fi does not work well. The main advantage is the territory and the beach. In the mountains you can find it twice as cheap. Accommodation includes renting a car and trips to beautiful beaches in the south and east of the island.
