Vacation like in paradise

The Lazio Beach Residence is an excellent choice for anyone who values an individual vacation on one of the most beautiful beaches, Anse Lazio. The owner couple takes care of every conceivable thing and is available with help and advice. The junior suite we used left nothing to be desired. It is large, has every conceivable piece of furniture, and everything is still very new. Besides the friendliness of the owners, the special thing is the location, just a few steps to Anse Lazio, which you only have to share with the many crabs in the early morning. A well-stocked supermarket is located about a 5-minute drive away. At noon, there is a restaurant right next door that does not belong to the guesthouse, and two beach bars.

Location Location Location!

Lazio Beach is one of the best beaches in the Seychelles and our favorite. The ocean was crystal clear, no undertow, and powder sand. We snorkeled off the beach near the shore and saw a lot of coral, and fish, and watched a sea turtle for quite some time. This self catering place is the only one on the beach and a gem, and only 6 years old. Well kept gardens, extremely clean, and every apartment has an ocean view. We had room 10 and thought it was the best one for an ocean view. A washing machine was a big plus and the well equipped kitchen. It has a nice ocean front bar. Next door is a beach bar with great food. A bonus is the Take Away place for our evening meal also located next door too. Sunsets were lovely. Loved our stay. The only downfall is the AC. It was located in the bedroom, and did not make it up to the living area. Not a problem, but an AC unit in the front half would have been nice.

Fantastic

We loved everything about the stay, Audrey Lepair, her family and her staff are wonderful and very service minded, we couldn't wish for better! The rooms were also amazing and of course the Anse Lazio beach, the most beautiful I have ever seen! We will certainly return!!!

Stunning beachfront property with delightful and helpful owners…

Simply the best place we stayed at in the Seychelles. A large, top floor apartment on the beachfront at Anse Lazio. Crystal clear water, beach lounges and a bar. A perfect location. The property is immaculate with pristine gardens and grounds and sparklingly clean interiors. Very well equipped kitchen. Breakfast, all day menu and drinks and early dinners are available next door. Now to the owners Audrey and James. They personally welcomed us and showed us around. They take their hospitality duties very seriously indeed, and strive very hard to make their guests feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble. The couple have created a real home away from home feel in a truly spectacular location. We didn’t want to leave, and highly recommend d this delightful location and superior accommodation.

Fabuleux

If you have to go to Praslin, this place is on top. Both at the level of the place (the apartments all have sea views and which sea, it is the most beautiful beach in Seychelles), and at the level of the kindness of the hosts (Audrey is extremely kind, helpful and really does everything for her guests). Everything was perfect (apart from the wind that made the sea rough so not great for snorkeling, it is better to go in June; there are turtle sharks and fish there). Fabulous place for a holiday, we will go back.
