Good value and service
Stayed a few nights in Niš. Instructions to check in on weekend afternoon were delivered by WhatsApp and I loved that the documents included all needed info and everything worked very well.
The apartment was spacious and was very clean. Bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchenette, balcony. And an important point for us: a washing machine.
TV had a lot of English speaking channels with films and series.
The location is nice, a short walk from the city center. Two small and one bigger supermarket nearby.
The service was very good (via WhatsApp) and they helped us with something extra regarding our travel arrangements.
The apartment was spacious and was very clean. Bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchenette, balcony. And an important point for us: a washing machine.

Great base for exploring Niš with comfort and flexibility
We stayed at a Standard Studio for four nights during our city trip to Niš. Our goal was a comfortable base with a bit of workspace for remote work and we were more than satisfied.
The studio was spacious, clean, and perfectly suited to our needs. There were a few signs of wear and tear, but nothing that bothered us – we felt very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small, but there’s plenty of counter space just outside.
We worked a few hours each day from the kitchen counter, and the Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus given the high temperatures.
The location is excellent: just a few minutes’ walk to the city center with a huge selection of bars and restaurants. But there are also good food spots and small supermarkets in the immediate area.
Communication with the reception was smooth, friendly, and helpful at all times.
Overall, in our opinion, the value for money is unbeatable. Not a luxury stay, but excellent value and comfort for the price. We'd happily stay here again.

The studio was spacious, clean and ideal for our purposes. There were some signs of wear visible, but these did not bother us – we felt completely comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small, but there is plenty of storage space outside.
We worked on the kitchen counter during the day and the WiFi was fast and stable throughout the stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which is a big plus with the high temperatures in the summer.
The location is great: In a few minutes you can reach the center with a huge selection of restaurants and bars. But also in the immediate vicinity there are good restaurants and small supermarkets.
Communication with the reception was very friendly and helpful.
The price-performance ratio is unbeatable in our view.

Pure disappointment
We have contacted the hotel to reserve an apartment for 4 nights. The employee asked us to send the request by email, which we did. Initially we were quoted a price of 45 euros per night. But with each subsequent email exchange, the price became more and more expensive, which was completely outrageous.
After a long journey, we learned upon our arrival that there was no reservation for us – despite written confirmation by email. This was extremely unprofessional, especially since we did not even receive an apology for the circumstances. Absolutely disappointing!
Uspostavili smo kontakt sa hotelom kako bismo rezervisali apartman za 4 noći. Zaposleni nas je zamolio da pošaljemo e-mail sa upitom, što smo i učinili. U početku nam je rečena cena od 45 evra po noći. Međutim, kako je komunikacija putem e-maila odmicala, cena apartmana je postajala sve viša, što je bilo potpuno neprimereno.
Nakon dugog puta, stigli smo u hotel samo da bismo saznali da naša rezervacija ne postoji – uprkos tome što smo prethodno dobili potvrdu putem e-maila. Ovo je bilo izuzetno neprofesionalno, posebno jer nismo dobili čak ni izvinjenje za nastale neprijatnosti. Potpuno razočaravajuće!
