Peaceful and restorative

I’ve stayed at other hotels and resorts in St Barth but loved the peaceful and serene nature of Manapany. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful and went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed including great recommendations. I had the best massage I’ve ever had at the spa and loved meeting several local people as well. My room was beautiful and the view was great. If you’re looking for a restorative stay in St Barth this is one of my top recommendations- it was just what I needed.

Beautiful space

Manapani is a beautiful space just on the beach. Easy to reach from the airport. Very friendly staff. I enjoyed their food and room services. Will always return!

BEWARE

I CANNOT EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! I switched hotels while on St. Barts because of how horrible my experience was and they also refused to refund or reimburse me for all the incidents that occurred which tells me this hotel thinks the incidents that occurred are acceptable, which is another huge red flag. First room I walked into, flies all in the room and the general sense did not seem clean. This was minor and they upgraded me to a better room, I was fine with all of this and they accommodated me. It gets worse, in the new room the tv was completely broken and they had to rip it out of the wall while I was there and put in a new one. the next morning in the new room I walk into the bathroom and I see multiple spiders crawling in all the corners, I then went to the other part of the bathroom and there is a large cockroach. I immediately went down to the front desk to inform them and asked for a refund considering how much you pay to stay here. All they would offer was to clean the room and inspect everything. I’m still just shocked but go back up to my room and I had a make up bag out on the sink counter overnight, they organized it but when I went to pick up my toiletry bag and make up ANTS WERE ALL OVER THEM. If I could give this place a negative review and have them taken out of American Express’ fine hotel and resorts collection I would. Stay away at all costs.

Beautiful, relaxing stay in St Barths!

This is such a beautiful hotel and property! The staff is so friendly and professional. The rooms are lovely, clean and provide all that you need. The dining and bar are fantastic. We loved our stay here so much and hope to return again soon.

A Slice of Heaven

Our 5th visit to Hotel Manapany. The hotel is beautifully located on St. Bart's with scenic views and is modern, clean, professionally run with personal attention to guest needs, BUT the secret sauce of the Manapany is its 'chill' atmosphere and caring management and staff.......Bottom-line, a Happy Place!!
