Fair food, lousy service

We wanted a menu, but they had only ONE menu in a day for launch. Waitress brought a 4 plates with not knowing about the ingredients. But the food itself was quite delicious and well prepared. Price is fair.

okay food. horrible service.

i enjoy eating a healthy veggie-based meal now and again, so my wife and i came here for lunch. i ordered the day's special "vegetable soup". i was served a hearty green puréed soup, with a pleasant but very strong flavor of some herb i couldn't place.
i asked the waitress what was in the soup, and she tells me it's primarily broccoli. i elaborated that it has a very strong herb flavor, and i'm very curious what it is. she makes it clear she has no idea what's in the soup and appears irrate when i suggest that she please ask the chef.
she comes back a few minutes later and reports that the soup is primarily broccoli and peas. i explain again that i know what broccoli and peas taste like, and the soup has a very strong aroma of something else. to this she conclusively states that the chef keeps the details of his dishes secret.
i understand not all chefs write books and go around publicizing their recipes, but not to tell a curious diner what they are eating is completely bizarre. i've never experienced anything like this before or since. i like to know what i eat; I'll never come here again for any more of their "mystery" dishes.

Good Hotel just for overnight stop near Ljubljana, not very friendly stuff, no vegan food!

First impression is awful! The room was not like in picture at all. We booked large 32m2 with 4 separated beds and got apartment with 2 rooms, one with king size bed and other is a strange rom with windows and with bunk beds. Apartment was stifling and little dusty. After I made complaint to the reception they sad that was only room they have, with no apologies just take it or leave. Heating was not working.
Furniture and style of Hotel and rooms is beautiful. Vintage style with nice details. Easy to find by car and it’s very close to the city if you have a car. Good free parking on site very close to entrance. Good WiFi.
The name of Hotel is VeganFresh so I was expecting fresh vegan food, lots a row vegetables and fruits. But no, breakfast was caned pork pate, boiled egg, salami, cheap chees, croissant and pudding – poor continental breakfast. Not something Hotel can be proud of.
I cannot recommend anyone this Hotel, they are selling something that is not true.

Lovely rooms

During my way back from a trip trough the Balkans, I was looking for an hotel in or around Ljubljana. This hotel had approximately the same price as a hostel or pension in Ljubljana. The rooms were fabulous (decoration, cleanness, size) Also the decoration of the restaurant was very beautiful. NOTE: I did not took it due to the Vegan Food, but because it was the best offer I could find between Ljubljana and Bled. I stayed only one night, therefore I can't judge about the food.
The touristic spots Bled and Vintegar gorge are quite close (if you travel by car)

Simple room in a not-so-vegan hotel. THE BREAKFAST IS NOT VEGAN.

The room was quite okay but the blankets for example seemed kind of stale/old.
THE BREAKFAST IS NOT VEGAN, like nothing vegan about it, except maybe the bread. We just expected more from a vegan hotel to be honest. At 20€/person its quite cheap still.
They offered a parking lot and free WI-FI.
Every day there is a vegan(, new) menu for 8€. We had a 4 dinner course with a pumpkin soup, salad, mushed potatoes and a dessert. All in all the menu is recommendable.
