Zentral, frisch renoviert
Es liegt sehr zentral, die Zimmer wurden gerade sehr schön renoviert, Essensmeile inkl Frühstücksmöglichkeiten liegt in Laufnähe. Ein Stern Abzug dafür, dass wir die Zimmer leider nicht mit Karte sondern nur bar bezahlen konnten. Ggf ändern sie das aber noch.

Stay Away!! Stay anywhere but here...
Unscrupulous and unreliable. Greg (manager or owner, not sure) assured us on WhatsApp about my booking confirmation but when we reached 4Flats he flatly said our booking was cancelled!! Had spoken with him a few days back and have been constantly communicating on whatsapp with him. He would keep assuring us not to worry, our booking is confirmed and we can pay him at time of check in. Even messaged him the day before and on the afternoon we were to check in, whatsapped to confirm we are on way and would reach in 2 hours ... He confirmed by replying 'no problem' But when we reach, he says our bookings cancelled?!!
If he had cancelled our booking he could have said it earlier. We could have booked elsewhere, why keep assuring us till the last minute? Was it just some cheap thrill of harassing a foreigner OR he found someone willing to pay more, so he simply cancelled our booking!! This guy is totally unreliable, unprofessional and unscrupulous. Don't trust him (think twice before giving him any advance payment). Maribor has many other options and it's better to pay a bit more then to stay here. Can't comment on his property as we didn't stay but from what we saw, it was very ordinary. Didn't think we missed much. Can imagine a person like this will promise everything but give you nothing. Avoidable place, better to be safe than sorry.

HORRIBLE, ES UN LUGAR EN RUINAS
Este sitio es PÉSIMO, tanto que al llegar y ver el estado real del sitio nos tuvimos que ir. Es un lugar en estado RUINOSO. Este sitio se encuentra en la planta baja de un edificio, esa planta baja está completamente en ruinas. Se accede mediante una puerta (de madera putrefacta) que NO tiene ningún tipo de mecanismo para cerrar, por lo que es totalmente inseguro alojarse ahí. Está muy oscuro, apenas cuelga un cable del techo con una bombilla que alumbra poquísimo. Para encender esa bombilla hay que entrar dentro del lugar en ruinas, lo que lo hace muy peligroso, ya que cuando puedes encender la luz estás completamente dentro del sitio. Esto se suma a que la puerta está permanentemente abierta y lo convierte en un lugar muy peligroso, ya que puede entrar cualquier persona y no podrías verla por la oscuridad del sitio. Destacar también que el lugar está totalmente agrietado, sucio y muy frío. En la foto que hay del edificio, la puerta aparece abierta, el motivo de que aparezca abierta es el estado deteriorado de la puerta y que además NO cierra, por lo que haciendo la foto así se oculta el estado real. Ottima posizione
Ho soggiornato solo una notte ma l’appartamento era ampio e ben arredato con tutto il necessario, in stile moderno. La posizione è davvero ottimale. Si affaccia sulla piazza della cattedrale. A piedi si raggiunge tutto ciò che si vuole visitare a Maribor. Inoltre ci sono molti parcheggi lì vicino oppure c’è la possibilità di parcheggiare nel cortile interno. Davvero comodo.
