Travelling to Hungary

A rapid visit to Martin. Very central location. The staff was very kindly. The room clean and silent. Parking behind the hotel on closed area. We enjoined our stay. The breakfast was good, still a bit limited and in a Slovakian vay any extras was billed separetly.

Good standard in corect price

Penzion has good location and parking for free. Room was clean and big. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and has intresting form (choose dish from menu) - portion was enough big. When I be in Martin I know where I can live :).

clean and high service provided

It is pension, but functions as a hotel. Clean and high service provided, we could leave our luggage in the pension while discovering the city on the day of the departure (not to carry it with us). Yeah, luggage rooms are not any more standard in these days. Positioned in the center. Good breakfast, ok, it could be given more as we think breakfast is the most important meal of the day (but we also eat a lot, so for "average" it must be just ok. Tho only think i didn't really like was pop, commercial music on LCD during the sunday breakfast. Trying with folk or church, gospel (in slovak)?

Very nice.

This hotel is our #1 in Martin since we visited it for the first time in 2011 (it's our 3-4th time here). Rooms have been very nicely "upgraded" since our first visit (see my latest pictures). Restaurant offers very good breakfast and is great for lunch & dinners too (really one of the better-than-standard restaurants I ever ate at - chef knows what he is doing :-)
Hotel offers of reasonable Wifi connection to Internet and free parking.
We'll definitely return again :-)

A great Penzion but even lovelier staff

My husband and I were travelling with our 13 year old daughter. We had the room on the top floor which had ample room and a nice decor. The location was perfect to walk around the centre of town and also close to the buses and train station. However the best factor was the restaurant. The meal was probably one of the best we had on our holiday. It was our daughter's 13th Birthday and my husband mentioned this to the staff in the afternoon and for dinner our table was set with pink serviettes and the staff made such a fuss of her! We finished our meal with a surprise birthday cake as well, on the house! I would thoroughly recommend this comfortable and charming penzion.
