A place to stay!

A very clean hotel with great customer care service! You're treated like a royalty. Great breakfast in a family setting. The owner of the hotel was friendly and ever ready to assist you in whatever area you desire of him. The toilet, though a shared one, was super clean with water heater. I will choose to come back to GreenPage Suites anytime I am in Kigali.

Terrible!

The ladies working here are polite and very nice, and Immanuel the care taker was also very nice, that is the only good thing about this place. When we got here in the morning, apparently there was no room, in spite of having booked and confirmed, so they moved our reservation to Greenpage Inn, same brand but a few blocks away. The Nigerian guy in charge praised the new place mentioning its actually better than the previous. The new neighborhood was noisy with clubs left right and center. As if that was not enough, the rooms were a total disaster, TOTAL DISASTER. Wall peeling off, old rooms, Old worn out carpets if any, holes in the ceiling, bathroom is shared with other rooms, no hot water from the shower, the tap was leaking and wasn't repaired in spite of mentioning this several times, no slippers (we asked and were told they don't provide because guests steal as they leave, simple slippers) no tissue it the toilets, (when we asked we were told they only sell) no bathroom amenities including shampoo, soap, lotion, conditioner and what have you, we asked but they offered to sell to us. No simple WATER to drink, even one small bottle, all these they sell. And the "hearty breakfast" we had been promised, one small bun that looks like a queen cake but smaller, one small sliced banana and a cup of tea, that's it. When we demanded our initial booking as it had been confirmed, the guy refused saying its fully booked and they refused to refund. So we were forced to stay there. Our stay in Kigali was totally ruined thanks to Greenpage. Thugs. Stay here if you want your visit ruined.

A nice place to stay.....I advise!

Actually a fantastic hotel with many facilities. The hotel is clean,especially the toilets! GreenPage Suites is not far from the airport and it's located close to a supermarket. The staff were always ready to serve you whenever they were needed. Tola, the owner of the hotel, is such a person that goes out of his ways to make you comfortable and feel at home. I will love to come back to GreenPage Suites anytime I am in Kigali.

I do not recommend. Despite booking - do not occupy.

Booked this hotel for two nights in January. The day before the arrival I wrote to the owner that we would be at 3-4 o'clock in the morning. The owner confirmed the reservation, and wrote that he would wait. However, when we arrived at the hotel at 4 o'clock in the morning, I didn’t check in as there were no vacancies. He refused to give another option, but he perceived our problems with a smile. As a result, at night in Kigali were left without shelter. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Do not book it if you do not want to stay in Kigali without shelter. The owner is irresponsible, do not mess!

Katastrophe

Dreckig und unhygienisch, Ausstattung des Raums nicht wie versprochen, Personal unprofessional und lügt, kein Internet, Klospülung defekt, Management reagiert nicht auf SMS und email... wir haben uns nach einer Nacht eine andere Unterkunft suchen müssen... sehr ärgerlich !
