The location of the hotel is immaculate, surrounded by accessible amenities, the atmosphere is lovely. The rooms are spacious and well furnished with everything l needed. This value for money and you feel like King inside this room. I will surely call back again. This is wonderful service, the staff are professional and helpful.

This hotel was yet another one that looked better online than it did when I arrived it was old dated it was okay. The Staff was very nice but again disappointing that it didn’t reach the expectations I had from the pictures I saw.

This hotel looked better online than it actually was in person. It was actually quite a dated an old hotel. The staff were nice. I stayed there one night before gorilla tracking and then after gorilla trucking two days later was supposed to stay there again and was told that the hotel was overbooked and they had to put me in a different hotel, which I wasn’t happy about that they put me at a commensurate at hotel that turned out to be fine

Best Hotel in Kigali, Rwanda.

I am deeply grateful for the incredible services provided by the hotel staff. The hotel staff are polite, helpful, respectful, and professional. The hotel is both phenomenal and elegant.

What a Joy!!

This hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We had a very good experience after the airlines delay. The Grand Legacy Hotel provided us the ambiance we needed to relax before our connecting flight.
