Wonderful

Location: Excellent. Conveniently situated with easy access to key areas in Kigali while still offering a calm and relaxed environment.
Atmosphere: Warm, welcoming. The hotel strikes a nice balance between comfort and professionalism, making it suitable for both business and leisure stays.
Rooms: Well-maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The rooms provide a relaxing space after a long day.
Value: Good value for money considering the quality of service, comfort, and overall experience.
Cleanliness: High standards throughout the hotel rooms and common areas are consistently clean and well kept.
Noise Level: Generally quiet, allowing for a restful stay without disturbances.
Service: Outstanding. A special mention to Doreen at reception, extremely helpful, professional, and attentive. She made the experience smooth from check-in to departure.
Amenities: Satisfactory and well suited for a comfortable stay.
Additional Highlights: The breakfast was very good with a nice selection, and the views from the hotel are beautiful, definitely a standout feature.
Overall Experience: A very pleasant stay with strong service and a welcoming environment. I would recommend it and would gladly return.

5 Swiss Hotel is in good, green area. It is nice little, cosy hotel with some excellent services, like taxi service and free, quick laundry. The staff is very helpful. Thank you!

Good value

Great location, rooms are nice clean and cosy. In a side street, quiet. The staff is kind and helpful. The restaurant is placed in a garden that provides peaceful atmosphere.

Rooms were great, staff friendly and helpful with early check-ins/late check outs. Restaurant on site served great food. Free laundry was a bonus as was the table football and the beautiful birds near the outdoor seating area. Only issue was taxis - hotel had a driver but he was really expensive and we had to plan ahead for pick up and drop off
