Very good address

We rented a room to visit Brasov and the surrounding area.
The hosts are very welcoming.
Very quiet location, 7km from the old center.
Spacious room, very clean and well equipped.
Air conditioning and nice little exterior.
Great value for money.

Wow!!!!

Great place, great owners, very clean, it’s our second time in this place and will be more.
The rooms are very nice and modern, no problems of parking the car, very close to brasov city(5 minutes), great and beutyful garden like in a story, and at last- very nice prices

Very nice stay near Brasov

We stayed in Casa Petri in September 2014, for a week-end. The place is a modern studio, in the middle of the garden, with a bedroom, open kitchen, bathroom. It is new, clean and comfortable, very warm and cozy. The garden is beautiful, so if you go with children, they have enough space to play and enjoy. The owners are really nice and open people, always ready to attend you. We asked for breakfast in the morning and the lady of the house kindly prepared us a rich and tasty breakfast.
Sanpetru is a quite village, near Brasov, which can be a very good start-up base for visiting the area. There is a very nice inn near Casa Petri, Billmann, with a huge garden, where you can eat dinner.
We would definitely recommend and return to Casa Petri.

Great choice at a good price

Very nice and helpful owner, very communicative. Very clean and comfortable place to stay, like new, recommended to the ones that need a place to sleep as a starting point for visiting around. The house is a modern construction right in the middle of a garden, it has two separate studios. There's a small fridge in the kitchen, a coffee machine, kitchenware etc. Very clean bathroom. If you need a wi-fi connection just ask the owner. All in all great value for the money.
Sanpetru is a quiet small village, very close to Brasov (10min drive to the city centre), close to Poiana Brasov, Rasnov etc. Easy to get there by car, I have no information about other transportation possibilities. Recommended places to see in the area: Harman and Prejmer which are very close, one can also take a trip to Sighisoara / Schäßburg and have a look at the castles and fortified churches in the villages situated close to the main road, like Saschiz or Viscri.
