Great location, quality services, decent prices

Sinaia is one of my favorite destinations and this summer I wanted to change something and so, I decided to spend two weekends (one in May and one in July) at Pensiunea La Cristina instead of booking a room at a hotel. I was surprised to see that this location promoted agro-turism and that it is surrounded by vegetation and that the owners of this pension take care of 20-30 cute rabits.
Rooms are clean, they look good and everything works just fine.

You are forced to book at least two nights

I have booked a family room for one night since we only needed one night sleep in Sinaia for a family event.
I have received a confirmation from the booking site that everything is OK and at the same time I have received a message from the owner that I need to pay one night in advance. In couple of minutes I have received another message from the owner that the minimum stay is for two nights. I have replied that it is OK to pay in advance to secure the booking, however I do not need two nights.
They reply that the booking is not confirmed since I did not book two nights and asked me to cancel the booking.
Totally disappointed by the lack of professionalism of the owner.

Not a good room

One room apartment and the room has no windows.
When entering into the room, a bad smell from the toilet hits you, because of lack of fresh air inside.
The bathroom is built with a small window opening into the kitchen... :(
The room is not very clean, the floors are not freshly wiped, the cuttelery was not clean.
For 3 days staying, was not that nice.

my opinion

Well, I was there last month and was ok for us. Clean, quiet and peace. My son plays sometimes with the rabbits, what I conclude is that it seems this facility is prefered more and more by families with kids( like me,for instance). The only problem is they don't think to apply for their own restaurant, even if are a lots of restaurants not so far away.
I'm a romanian,from Galati, just to be clear, and this is my opinion combined with my son Razvan's impressions. In the end depends of each one of us standards&expectations. By the way, to not forget, Cristina is a very polite and nice person and they organize one day trips with their car to the heights of Sinaia or Busteni,where incredible views waits for you.

Fantastique accueil

Alexander et son épouse sont absolument adorables. Avenant et avec un réel souci que vous vous sentiez bien chez eux. N'hésitez pas à leur demander des conseils pour vivier Sinaia, ils seront ravis de vous aider. Je recommande mile fois.
