If you don‘t get what you have paid for ..
Beacause the room card we got didn‘t always work, we asked for a second one: didn‘t work at all. The third one (instead of the second): didn‘t work. The 4th didn‘t work.
AC in the room: didn‘t work.
Large SPA, but
Both saunas were broken,
the Whirlpool empty and didn‘t work
Both Kneipp basins (for warm and cold water) you couldn‘t fill, because the lids were missing ….
On top the personel was more interested in their own mobile than helping.
In total: the hotel of broken things, and not a 4star hotel. They better get these things fixed fast or habe to be considered a 2star hotel and should ask half the price we have paid

Disappointing

Hotel motorcycle dated, lacked towels, single-dose , the only convenience is the Reserved and Covered Parking, great for those traveling by motorcycle

Electricity and cold water issues. Only the hot water was working to shower

Decent hotel but seems like going 30 years back in time, should be modernized. We had the family suite, but it was lacking equipment like night lights, armchair etc. Very basic,a bit disappointing for a stop called 4 star hotel

Beautiful room, great restaurant, but no sir conditioning when it was 30C! Tried to sleep with windows open but kept awake by traffic and dog barking. With AC I would have given 5 star rating.
