Completely change
It had really change.In 2020 like the reviews said it was really bad but now it completely change.They have 2 new house,new food menu and if you are lucky you can hear traditional music when the singers have comed.It is a quiet place and one of the best of its kind in Dobrogea.Would come again 10/10

Fantastic location – however, we can only strongly advise against Villa Aurora.
The Complex Răsărit is in a fantastic location right on the Black Sea. We really liked the largely natural beach without major tourist interventions. Also positive were the thorough cleaning and the towel change every two days, as well as the simple but good restaurants in the area.
The breakfast was also generally good: various egg dishes, cereals, and among other things. Bread with guacamole cream, egg, and bacon. After a week, however, the limited selection became monotonous; there was hardly any healthy or varied breakfast. Only one drink per person was included.
Unfortunately, this is in stark contrast to Villa Aurora. We paid 12,400 RON for 7 nights including breakfast. For this price, the condition was completely unacceptable to us.
The house seemed simultaneously unfinished and already heavily neglected. Heating pipes and conduits protrude from walls, exterior lights are missing, and the terrace and entrance steps are partially unfinished. Windows were partially defective: Some could not be opened, others could not be closed properly. For the villa for up to six people, there was only one front door key.
Inside, we found numerous other defects: very creaky beds, a broken couch, damaged window handles and blinds, missing sink and bathtub stoppers, no hot water at times, and water on the bathroom floor. On the ground floor, the bathroom smelled musty and damp. Several original bathroom lights did not work; instead, simple lamps with visibly makeshift wiring were installed.
The kitchen was also problematic: The stove was very dirty, the ceramic cooktop was damaged, and when using the oven, the electrical system tripped after a short time. The refrigerator handle was broken.
We found the impression regarding safety particularly disturbing: a great deal of painted wood paneling in the three-story house, but we could not find any smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or marked escape routes. The only regular exit was the main entrance. We also found the uneven stairs and the poorly positioned light switches to be problematic at night.
The balcony was also in poor condition: rusty railing, loose or broken tiles, and condensation from the air conditioning that dripped directly into the access area.
In the top bedroom, a ceiling light did not work, a bedside lamp could not be used due to a lack of an outlet, and the air conditioning only reached the room when the door was open. Crickets/grasshoppers regularly got into the room through an open gap in the knee wall.
The outdoor areas also looked unkempt. Behind the house was an open garage/storage area with old equipment and chest freezers. Frozen fish for the restaurant was stored in an old chest freezer. Next to it was an openly accessible electrical distribution board. A constantly running refrigerated vehicle under or directly next to the bedrooms caused additional noise. Branches also constantly hit the metal roof when it was windy.
Important to know: The tap water is not drinking water. We had to buy drinking water.
The excellent location, the beach, and the good cleaning cannot even come close to compensating for the condition of Villa Aurora for us. Our family did not feel comfortable or safe there, especially at night. At a price of 12,400 RON for seven nights, the price-performance ratio was completely unreasonable for us.

Not recommended
No, no. The place needs some repairs, the rooms are untidy and does not include daily cleaning, the breakfast comes in portions (4-5 variants to choose from). The atmosphere is unpleasant mainly because of the unprofessional attitude of the staff. The lady in charge was extremely rude to us. Definitely not worth the price.

We paid 500 RON/night and found a guesthouse that looks abandoned. Old, shabby furniture, squeaky beds, cobwebs everywhere, and a strong sewage smell hits you right away. The water in the shower and sink is salty, basically from the sea – impossible to use.
The living room sofa is literally falling apart, the stove doesn’t work, and the yard looks like a storage dump full of bags and panels blocking access. At the restaurant, prices are outrageously high for poor quality food.
The only positive: large rooms with a sea view. Other than that, it’s a complete scam for a ridiculous price. Vila Aurora is a rip-off, nowhere near worth what they charge. A fair price would be 250–300 RON at most, but definitely not double that.
I strongly advise against wasting your money here!

Not so good
Very expensive at the restaurant and the food not so good, beside this it was almost cold when it was served. I arrived in the evening and almost all foods from menu were not available.
