Great hotel

It was a great holiday! The hotel was only a few steps away from it's beautyful private beach.The location is great.The Hotel is situated near the bazaar and near the gondolas.The breakfast was good.It was a great holoday.

Disappointing experience

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was uncomfortably small, and the bathroom was so cramped it felt almost unusable. The surrounding area is extremely noisy, which made it difficult to get any proper rest. What was most striking, however, was the attitude of the staff during meals — unhelpful, unfriendly, and surprisingly rude. The level of impoliteness was truly alarming and left a very negative impression. The only positive aspect was the cleanliness and the daily change of towels. Unfortunately, that alone is not enough to compensate for the overall poor experience. If this approach continues, I believe the hotel risks losing even more guests. Courtesy and respect should be a basic expectation in hospitality — sadly, that was not the case here. I will not be returning. I do not recommended.

Do not go there

The hotel is clean, the breakfast acceptable, but the rooms are small and crowded, some of them very noisy, the staff is not always very friendly, the furniture is old, the bathroom is very small and the plumbing is old, but the biggest issue is the beach. You are supposed to have a free beach bed, but you have to get up at 3 am to get and book one and in the morning your place is taken by Mr. Razvan Chitan, the administrator of the beach who says that you are too old for the front seats. Moreover, the hotel manager, instead of trying to find a way to solve the problem, gives you lessons on how to "enjoy" a back seat. Although we were the hotel guests for more than 10 years, this time it was too much.

Short brake

We stayed here for few nights. Overall is a good hotel, the staff is very helpful and polite. We had few issues with our room but they acted promptly. The breakfast was ok, however not a lot of choices. The hotel has a private beach, secured parking and within walking distance to restaurants.

Beach access

Beach area researved for hotel guests is a plus in Mamaia. Very friendly staff is taking care of garden, lobby and spacious restaurant area with terrasse. Just be patient during breakfast. Free parking.
