Good

The room as in the picture, clean. The staff was nice, housekeeper for 2nd floor very polite.The only drawback was the bathroom door didn't close. Check-in at 14 early then 18, check-out at 12. It has no elevator.

Comfortable and close to the beach

Our room was clean and pretty big for a 3* hotel (maybe we were lucky). The hotel is located at approximately 50 m from the beach and it's also close to the Casino area -which is a very popular location, very crowded.
The price that we paid was really reasonable but it was extra season (the first week of June).

Nice place to stay

Centrally located in Mamaia. Everything perfect. Outside sitting area very nice. Toilets clean and with running hit and cold water. 2 minutes walking distance to the beach. Clean rooms. Very nice and cordial staff esp. Bianca and Claudia. Recommended.

Comfortable room

I was with some friends and we stayed in a room for 3. The bed is pretty big and the sofa, although just for one person, is comfortable. Bathroom was clean, nice staff and close to the beach. Will definitely recommend and maybe go back.

Good value for money

My husband and I , along with our daughter and her boyfriend, spent a couple of nights on this hotel and overall we've had a pretty good experience, in terms of quality of sleep, cleanliness of the room and location, which was very convenient for walking to the beach and restaurants area. The staff was pleasant and helpful, too, only they didn't respect the non-smoking policy within the premises enforced for the customers, the receptionists themselves smoking around the reception area, so the whole lobby up to the first floor was stretched with the acrid smell of cigarettes. When we asked whether smoking is permitted around the lobby, we've been told a definite 'NO', although we've smelt cigarettes and we've seen receptionists smoking into the office behind the reception desk. Employees should be the first ones respecting the policies, enforced to the customers, isn't it?
