Nice Hotel Close beside the House Of Parliament
This is a very nice hotel close to the House Of Parliament just a 5 min walk away from the building , the manager is very friendly and helpfull , very clean location with nice furniture , very quiet area .

I booked this accommodation via Booking.com and received a confirmed reservation with all check-in details.
About an hour later, the host contacted me and said that bookings for New Year’s Eve are only possible for a minimum of 3 nights, although Booking allowed me to book 2 nights according to their listed rules.
After I contacted Booking support and was informed that the reservation must be honored, the host still cancelled the booking. To do this, they reported to Booking that the property is "temporarily or permanently closed" — a false reason used only to bypass the rules, since the reservation was made according to their own conditions.
After cancelling, the host even wrote to me “It seems I could” with emoji, which clearly shows their attitude towards guests and commitments.
Very unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend this place — even a confirmed booking is not reliable.

The only good thing is to be able to check in any time, nothing else
You can make check whenever you want, it was the only reason we chose this hotel.But there was nobody responsible for the property, we had to call the guy from the hotel for all we need.we arrived at 5 am first day amd left the hotel around 15:00 we thought they did not clean the room because we were late but we stayed 3 nights and the room has never been cleaned.also the guy could not manage the money from credit card while any other hotels could and we had to talk everyday more than twice. It was also very noise in the morning, it is impossible to get rest in day time.

Misrepresents Itself As Apartment Style, Lacking Most Promised Amenities, Angry Unhelpful Owner
Bliss Residence Parliament completely misrepresents itself as an apartment hotel and is lacking most of the amenities it claims to have.
After checking in, I discovered that the rooms do not have soundproofing or kitchenettes, which was the main reason I booked. I could hear people yelling and talking loudly in the lobby from my room upstairs and the door to this room was not very secure. It was thin, flimsy, and rattled in its hinges. It had a skeleton key lock with a big hole so anyone outside could look in to see your belongings and whether or not you were there.
The property claims to have the following amenities inside the rooms which are non-existent: soundproofing, a kitchenette, tea/coffee maker (there's a pay coffee machine in the lobby), minibar, iron, radio (the owner argued that they did have a radio because he would lend me his personal speakers), refrigerator, desk (the owner said if I "really wanted to make a big deal about this" I could come inside his private office to use his desk), microwave, electric kettle, alarm clock, toaster, computer, laptop, cleaning products, landmark views, a dining table, a drying rack for clothing, a bottle of water, wine glasses, and shampoo.
John, the owner of this property, was argumentative and angry when we spoke to him. He initially refused to refund a deposit of one night in addition to the first night we were forced to stay because it was midnight and too late to find something else. He said that everyone in Romania makes things up like this and that I was the one with the problem for expecting the amenities he said his hotel provided. When I began videoing him, he finally admitted to not having soundproofing in the rooms and said he would only charge me for the one night I stayed.

Instalaciones insuficientes
Quizás no sea el peor sitio del mundo, pero esperaba otra cosa. En la parte positiva que con el código se accede fácilmente, que no necesitas que haya personal para entrar en la habitación, la habitación (que no apartamento) es amplia, la climatización es buena, la cama es razonable y grande y el internet va bastante bien, la mujer de la limpieza era agradable. En la parte no tan buena... Las escaleras de acceso no son para una persona que tenga problemas de locomoción (y NO hay ascensor), la calle y la fachada son deprimentes parece que sea hasta un lugar inseguro de la mala impresión que da, el agua de la ducha no tiene presión y hace falta mucho tiempo para que empiece a salir medio caliente, no hay cocina (luego NO es un apartamento) , el cuarto baño es pequeño y falta equipamiento en la habitación. La insonorización es directamente inexistente, se oye absolutamente todo. Sinceramente no repetiría ni gratis.
