Highlight with initial difficulties

the accommodation is great with (hopefully) initial difficulties.
The bathroom was too small for me for two people. Small towels were missing. The entrance to the bathtub / shower very high. Not suitable for everyone. The kitchen is by no means fully equipped. There is (almost) everything missing. The dishwasher was NEW, not yet unpacked. ONE66 has been open for 4 months. The room access completely via APP took me a lot of getting used to.
The whole property is a design highlight. That's how I'd like to live.
ONE66 is being expanded and that is why you can hear the construction site.

Worst experience ever in Brasov

I paid for two nights with a 4:00 PM check-in. I arrived at 4:30 PM and found exactly what you see in the photos: an indescribable mess—trash, dirty towels, and a stench like a garbage chute right at the apartment entrance. I called George Ciuplea (the person who sent the check-in details); he kept apologizing, but apologies didn't help me at 5:00 PM with two children in tow and nowhere to stay. The other apartments were fully booked, so I had to find alternative accommodation. The cleaning crew clearly hadn't been there. The aparthotel is located behind a factory; I hadn't liked the location to begin with—a feeling confirmed by the "cheap Dubai-style" finishes I saw upon arrival—but I had hoped the apartment itself would be decent. The bathroom was tiny, the bed was definitely only 140x180 cm, and the bedroom was small too! Anyway, I raised a fuss over the phone demanding a cash refund and went to the restaurant to collect the money. You only find this kind of unprofessionalism in Romania. I had just returned from the Italian Dolomites, only to run into the reality of Romanian hospitality standards. Ms. Lucia Hogea, who handled the booking, didn't bother answering the phone or WhatsApp messages—likely because she had no explanation for what happened, or perhaps the failure to clean was her fault.
