Overall,it has delivered an excellent services during my stay. the receptionist and hotel manager both are extremely helpful and they try to accommodate any request. English speaking is not an issue at all.

Never ever
It's a money scam, for a child in a single occupancy they asked for an additional payment of 3000, the accommodation rules say nothing about payment for a child. The receptionist is not ready and doesn’t want to decide anything, the client is the last thing for them, morality is the same. (((never come here ((no attitude towards clients. Double bed for one person. Run from here!!!! Avoid.

Двухместное размещение в номере предполагает доплату,конечно,как и везде. Мы предлагаем в этом случае поставить в номер дополнительную кровать. Run away from there
The most creepy and disgusting hotel. They position themselves as 4 stars, the cost of a SINGLE “STANDARD” room on the date of check-in was 9600!!!! Check-in was at 3 am on August 12, 2023. Entering the room, I found a huge spider on the curtain. Because I’m not an arachnologist, so I couldn’t draw conclusions about this individual, whether it was dangerous or not. Having collected my things, went down to the reception and asked to change the room, I was refused, citing the fact that all the rooms were occupied and this was at 3 o’clock in the morning, when I think an upgrade would not be a problem for the inconvenience experienced. In response to all my complaints, I was asked to invite a cleaning employee to eliminate these troubles (although it depends on who, judging by the photo). Entering the room, this employee tried to reassure me that it was August, these spiders were in mating season and nothing could be done about it. After that, the employee killed two huge spiders, for which we thank her very much. But it didn’t end there, half an hour later, two more huge spiders crawled out from behind the curtain, with an interval of about 5 minutes, one of which tried to descend from the ceiling directly onto the pillows that were lying on the bed.
As a result, after many hours of conversations, the receptionist told me that they “supposedly” did not know about this problem, although I had a chance to stay on the territory of this “terratrium” for almost half a day, in the room there are visible traces of a struggle before I moved in with these representatives of arthropods in in the form of marks on the walls and broken strips on the carpet, they refused to change the room unless there was an extension until the next day. Because It was Sunday, to all the demands to call the manager and the head of the hotel - the answer was given that he had a day off and all questions were on weekdays. As a result, after 14 hours they moved us to another room, which also housed all these creatures.
As a result, I concluded that this is the most bestial hotel, which has no moral right to position itself as 4 stars and in which the managers do not try to get in touch when asked for it. As a result, for all the inconveniences, no one offered any compensation or relocation to an upgraded room or anything else, citing the fact that it’s spider season and sorry, these are your worries, we won’t do anything.
As a result, the group left this hotel without receiving a word of apology for this incident. And, if you want to stay in this hotel, which is “sort of” 4 stars and not regret it, then either don’t look closely in the evenings around the cornices and curtains, or turn a blind eye to it, because no one will try to contact you and solve this problem. And there are plenty of problems there, except for the invasion of spiders; upon moving in, I noticed garbage and tufts of hair of different colors on the carpet and no one even suggested how to improve or correct the situation.
For those who don’t believe me, I’m attaching photos that were taken from 3 am on 08/12/2023 to 4 pm on 08/13/2023; it was impossible to stay there any longer, even when moving to another room.
For such rudeness and indifference, the direct route is a complaint to Rospotrebnadzor, because For such a price and “star rating”, it would be nice to carry out insect repellent treatment. And management, for loyalty and attracting customers after their own mistakes, should be completely dispersed.
