We had an excellent stay, warm welcome, the kindness of Jeanine, the attentions, the advice from the entire team make us already think of a longer stay at this establishment.

Hotel to improve

Friendly staff, clean room. However, the hotel is a bit noisy, and there was a small problem with the air conditioning that forced us to change rooms at 1:00 AM.

Wonderful stay experience.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Welcoming staffs. Buffet breakfast option. Swimming pool to fresh up after a wonderful day. Highly recommended if you staying by St Denis.

Horrible sleepless night

Booked 3 nights in this hotel we had the unpleasant surprise to be assigned a room on the 1st floor bordering on unhygienic (moisture traces all over the ceiling and in the bathroom , window equipped with a shutter box with a day between the box and the shutter, no crank to lower the shutter that could have served as sound insulation because the window overlooks inner courtyard where all the air conditioning blocks rotate) continuous noise impossible to sleep. No possibility to change rooms for the night. Hotel supposed to be full. No luck we were given the only dubious and unusable room!!!! Up to the towels that are so old that they are unusable by tearing at the first wipe. Not to mention the persistent smell of moisture and an unknown product to mask. On the corridor side the walls let through the voices of the other residents who seem to be in the room. Not nice to hear conversations from other customers. The next day we left the hotel that offered us another room???? Given our sleepless night, we just wanted to run away from this place. Impossible to get compensated for the remaining 2 nights per go voyage because in a hurry we did not have the reflex to take pictures!!!!! How can this hotel continue to have favourable reviews? Are the other rooms great? One thing is certain despite ke very pleasant morning staff and very bothered we will not set foot in this place again. And if it should happen nius to live such an experience we will take photos because our online go travel agency has debited us everything and no offer or commercial gesture from them. Hyper disappointed with this operation especially since looking at the bad reviews you can find the same experience lived by other customers.

It was expensive compare to how it was the hotel. There was many sound, so no confortable to have full night of sleep.
