1st Trip at La Réunion
Thank to you to the Director of the Hotel who was very friendly in his approach.
The Chef Claude, is one the Best I've met in terms of culinary.
Joël and his entire Team did a great job.
Timothée and Sarah are great assets for the hotel as Sommeliers.
Will be back again for another wine dinner.

Top-notch
Reception, service, dining, common areas, rooms, and exceptional view were top-notch (a small drawback: the room, even though very well located at the entrance of the road that leads to the hotel entrance, was very dark)

Terrible service to staff
Having paid 5.500 euros for arrival , I am extremely outraged at the level of service - the hotel calling itself 5 stars is not serviceable at all its level , pulls 3 stars - 4 from just outside the resort and location
first of all, if you have a problem they tell you - we are in the same boat and can't help , English is spoken by 5-10% of all service personnel , you will be made to look wrong and told that you decide everything
Airport transfers were not provided - saying I didn't book them - but my pre-arrival message to the hotel wasn't even read with me provided flight and flight details/names and times of the flight to request the transfer
On the first day of arrival at the bar we were served French crepe with ants, after being asked to replace the dish - the waiter brought the same dish but on a different plate , did not understand English and smiled
paying 1,000 euros per night in this hotel you will be fed by the restaurant staff, you will wait 2.5 hours for your dinner and in the end there will be not enough food for you and you will not get what you paid a lot of money for, the staff will say that it is your mistake and the chief will try to say that the administration does not know English
general staff and service at level 0 , no mutual understanding and no desire to help.
spa service doesn't want to serve the staff, gives dates for appointments and then turns out there are no seats and everything is full. currency exchange - the day we wanted to change money - the exchanger closed permanently and no more exchangers exist on the island
