Great to sleep, not to eat.

The hotel was very cozy with friendly staff and very clean.
We were in 2 adults with 2 children and one of them as he was 2 years old was sent us a message before our stay to offer the crib in the room besides the sofa bed that already gave for two people. Very cozy room, large and well air-conditioned with mountain views.
The bathroom was also new that besides the shower had a large modern bathtub, but there was one other. The door of the toilet and the shower are transparent and is the same, if the toilet closes the shower is open. There is no door to divide the bathroom from the bedroom, it is all wide just separated with a curtain. If you go to the toilet in the middle of the night, whoever is in the room hears everything, there is no privacy. The lack of door in the bathroom was the only “problem” we found in the room.
In addition to having to choose an hour for breakfast that with children does not always work, it was very poor and weak. There was not much variety in general and not too many options for children. The orange juice seemed to be packed. Due to its location could have more variety and more regional products.
The hotel despite having only 2 stars is more beautiful than many of 4 stars.

Too bad the breakfast

Clean and nice hotel, rooms a little small but equipped with everything.
The three stars are for breakfast. Apart from that you can not open for breakfast at 8.30 (never seen), packaged products not fresh, poor choice of sweet and savory for both, a real disappointment

Spectacular experience

I had already been to Manteigas several times for New Year's Eve. This year we opted for the hotel in the village and at a GOOD TIME WE DID IT.
Very cozy room, super comfortable, staff very friendly and available. We loved our stay. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant (Santa Luzia restaurant) which was 5 stars.

2 star hotel but deserves more

Hotel well located with public parking at the door. Friendly service, the hotel was renovated recently, the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are in good condition. The only point that could be improved would be the variety on offer at breakfast.
