Excellent experience!

The location is excellent, has a parking lot (not belonging to the hotel) very good. The employees are very armable and available. I stayed in a room with a splendid view.

Excellent central located hotel.

We really be enjoyed our 5 night stay here. Excellent location, right in the thick of things. Everything is nearby including a small grocery store. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room has a wonderful view of the main waterway, although it has an extremely small balcony. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excessive value for money

In the city there are many other hotels where to spend less. The Owner friendly but for check-in took a considerable time. The rooms are more than decent as well as the bathroom. There is no elevator so if you have problems with stairs you can not use this hotel. The location is great.

Nice location but terrible service

This hotel has a great location in the centre of Lagos.
Sadly, when I was due to visit a road accident left my wife in hospital. At first they were helpful saying we could change the booking but after that asked me to telephone a number which they didn't answer. I left voice messages and written messages which they did not reply to.
Still without further explanation regarding the phone call they asked me to make, they charged me the full price by taking the money from my card. I still await that explanation. Dishonest

Negative experience

I only liked 2 things about this hotel, the location and the comfort of the bed. For the rest I recommend avoiding it. Booked Ocean view room with extra charge, found the heat pump broken, cramped room, clogged drains, no assistance at the reception. Even considering the 2 star rating it is a very poor hotel.
