Great apartment, great location, great service
Access to the block is via a keypad, as is access to the apartment, meaning you don't have to worry about a key. The apartment was very clean, tidy and spacious and fitted out with air conditioning. The kitchen was fitted out with a sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, 2 ring induction hob, full oven and grill, fridge and pots and pans. A washer/drier was located in the bathroom. There was also an iron and ironing board. There were a number of supermarkets locally allowing you to easily stock up on supplies.

Not a place where you can rest and relax if you wish to sightsee Madeira. .
Even with the windows and shutters closed,the sound level is disruptive.
It affected our sleep and overall experience and it was not what we expected when booking this room.
We requested a quieter room,but none were available, and the only alternative offered was actually noisier. No other property or quieter solution was offered at the time, and we payed for the whole week ahead.
Additionally, there were several other issues with the room that pre-existed our arrival.While I appreciate that some of these were fixed (shower head changed, extra towels provided) others were left unresolved during our stay.
We consistently struggled with drying towels because the bathroom had poor or no ventilation, leaving them damp until the next day. Although management provided more towels and assured us the ventilation was quietly working (the irony!), it didn't solve the issue.
We also noticed small bugs (silverfish) at night, likely attracted by the damp conditions.
The loud noises and music started again the next weekend....
Given that we lost two nights of rest during our holiday and had to deal with other issues that really should've been addressed before guests arrived, I would have expected some form of compensation.
Pro: nice decor and very easy comunication with Mariana from "Feel at home" managing company.
Cons:many (some not listed above), main ones beeing the poor airflow in the property and the constant noise because of zero soundproofing.
Bottom line:
If you come here to party ....this is the place.
But if you wish to relax and rest in a nice place, sightseeing around the island......run and spend your money anywhere else.

Really nice accommodation
I would may suggest a room further away from the bars/restaurants if possible
