Charming

Nice location passing through Lagos Algarve It was also an Adega. Good breakfast and nice staff. A short distance town with plenty of restaurants.

NEVER TAL VI

The hotel is waiting for guests to make the beds as there is no service available or room cleaning available unless guests request. The problem is that in your booking, none of this information is available, as I would never choose to host nm hotel to perform such functions. This information is only available in the fourth hour after we have paid in full with no waiver fee. I have never, ever in the whole world seen such a situation. I've complained to ASAE and the complaints book. I use it to submit my complaint to TripAdvisor

Holidays to rest in the quiet of the Alentejo

This was the second time we spent here vacation and did not disappoint.
The tranquility, the comfort, the fact of leaving the room and having an area reserved only for us with two sun loungers. Great breakfast with natural orange juice, homemade cake.
The staff very friendly and available whenever requested. The cats that adopted us as soon as we arrived.
The only suggestion I leave is that they could have some Alentejan snacks as it was in the past and just so I don't give the 5 stars

For never again

In a visit to Campo Maior with the hotel booked, we arrived already late there was no one we called the number that was in the reception the lady who attended responded that was only until 21 we asked earnestly that if we could serve breakfast at 8 hours we had to be in the Delta at 9 hours, responded that he could no longer call the colleague to come earlier at 8 in the morning the same lady was there full of apologies that the time was 9 for breakfast poorly employed money to sleep

This was a good stay that we kind of selected at the last minute. We thought it would be fun to explore the eastern edge of Portugal. Its a quiet location so if that is what you are seeking then we would recommend it. We had a little trouble finding the right entrance but that was more of a Google issue.
