Excellent hotel

A very sympathetic lace always very sympathetic and attentive staff eat wonders a wonderful stay to which I intend to repeat. The very cozy room spacious. I advise anyone who wants to spend a few nights. Congratulations.

I like it.

I confess that after reading some reviews I was even scared. I stayed one night on the return from southern Spain and it was a pleasant surprise. I stayed in a family room, very clean, bathroom with everything necessary, and very quiet environment. Reception staff very available and very friendly, good quality/price ratio. The breakfast was well cooked, with variety and fair to the price. I'll be back.

Never. Even almost horrible. Even a spider web behind the bathroom door in room 03!

Molds in both rooms. Socket or hairdryer didn't work, TV was full of rain and barely picked up channels, WiFi was also having difficulties, toilet paper wasn't new. This is only in the 1st room, 06.
I asked to change rooms due to the ants.
In room 03, it was twice the size but also had ants and the air conditioning didn't work.
Breakfast as basic as possible.
Hotel seems to have stopped in time.
Cobweb, with spider behind the door of the 2nd bedroom.
Guaranteed not to return.

Bad experience

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Brasa Hotel during my visit to Elvas Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the faulty WiFi to the subpar breakfast, it's safe to say that the high price I paid for my stay did not match the quality of the hotel

Nice stay

We stayed one night and were really well welcome. Despite there was not enough toilet paper, the receptionist was very helpful. Also, it was a little bit cold outside but the air conditioner worked very well. The beds were very noisy. Every time you moved, you could hear it a mile away. The shower head was not working well and the WC went all wet. Too many water pressure. The breakfast was quite good! Good coffee and toasts with excellent cheese and ham. The staff was really nice and helpful.
