Great food for a great price. Very nice people. Local food, served on a large scale. Sitting outside on the terrace, inside it looks very homely. It is located in a neighborhood with several restaurants, this is a bit later

The booking photos have nothing to do with reality, we had the shabbiest room they have, I don't know what the other rooms are like, this one is tiny, everything is very old from the floor, walls, with chips, door, closet, if you can call it that, impossible to put the clothes because it was disgusting. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty and the shower was rusty. I, who am thin and short, couldn't fit into the shower. The room opened onto a terrace full of pigeon droppings and above the room there is a kind of attic about to collapse. The TV is one of the old ones with a tiny bottom and built into a hole closest to the ceiling. They were two endless days and very expensive. Breakfast within all that mess was normal, instant coffee, juice, bread and York ham and cheese. We had to wait until 08:30 to have breakfast in a cafeteria near the hotel. Of course, the girl in the cafeteria was very friendly. Booking must review certain sites.

Not very clean

The room and the bed were fine. Synthetic blanket and pillow. The bathroom was not very clean, a few pubes and hairs stuck on places where you don't want to see them. The shower cubicle is tiny but the water was hot and powerful.
Breakfast was instant coffee, orange cordial, two fresh roles, sliced cheese, ham and a packet of jam.
We didn't have to pay extra when we asked for proper coffee and thee instead.
The staff was friendly and spoke some English.

Boa opção de hospedagem na Covilhã

A localização é, de fato, o bônus do hotel, visto que fica bem no centro histórico da Covilhã, próximo ao comércio local.
O café da manhã é razoável, com frios, pães, manteiga e geleia, apenas o suco (refresco) era de má qualidade.
A cama era confortável, e o quarto OK, com TV a cabo e aquecedor.
Fui muito bem atendido pela Irina, sempre disponível no telefone, uma vez que o hotel não tem recepção 24h. A moça da limpeza também é bem simpática.
Recomendo para estadias curtas, de 1 a 2 dias.
O tamanho do banheiro é razoável, já o box é bem pequeno, e as portas de vidro deixam cair água para fora do mesmo.
Entendo que, por ser um imóvel antigo (mas bem cuidado), fica difícil construir um box maior, e esse fato não prejudicou em nada a minha hospedagem, mas fica aqui a observação para os futuros hóspedes.

Deixou muito a desejar

Por ser um local simples já esperava algo simples, mas deixou muito a desejar no quesito limpeza, roupas de cama, paredes, banheiro sujos.
Chuveiro não aqueceu, tivemos que tomar banho do quarto dos amigos.
Atendimento amigável e acolhedor, mas local deixa muito a desejar, não recomendo.
Portas dos banheiros não fecham, foi constrangedor ter que tomar banho no quarto dos colegas e a porta deles também não fechar.
Pequeno almoço foi bom.
