Excellent hotel

Hotel with excellent facilities with highlight to the outdoor area with pool, bar and leisure areas. The service is impeccable and of great attention to detail. All the employees are very sympathetic. The existing restaurant in the hotel is also very good. Highly recommended!

Experience of 5*

I write this message to help people who like me intend an experience with detail.
I loved everything, from the very good breakfast with quality food, the very good dinner. The hotel is extremely clean, air-conditioned rooms and comfortable beds. Pool and pool bar care. Imagine the detail of someone coming in the afternoon to clean the sunglasses for customers.
I highly recommend. It's really in a 5 star. Very nice team.

Our favorite hotel in Portugal in every respect!

Our trip to Northern Portugal included several stellar boutique hotels, but MS Collection Arouca managed to exceed our expectations on every level.
We spent two nights in town to walk the Paiva Walkways and the famous 516 Arouca suspension bridge. The hotel arranged a taxi for us, and we would like to give a special thanks to our driver Pedro, who was awesome! The hotel amenities were perfect after an exciting morning outdoors: we thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities, relaxing at the pool bar, and exploring the lovely grounds.
The location is ideal for walking around Arouca and sampling the great local restaurants right across the street. Our room was modern, stylish, and remarkably comfortable (the bathroom design was a highlight). Breakfast offered high-quality ingredients with fantastic variety, and the entire staff was warm, friendly, and helpful.

Large and confortable rooms. All services excellent and we felt always in the atention of the friendly sfaff.
