Best vacation, full of adventure

This lodge and the people there have something special. This was the best vacation i've ever had, the surfing lessons were incredible, the instructors are teaching surfing with their hearts, truly, making sure we had the best time, making sure we get the best waves so we can sucessfully manage to surf. The volunteers at the lodge made our stay very welcoming, i've met some amazing people and truly had a blast. Will come back here for sure, this place is magical. If you're open for adventure you'll find a great one here. There are many hiking opportunities and the locations is great. The lodge had this chill, home vibe, it's just very special, and the people there make it even better, you'll never be alone here. Thanks guys, see you again someday for sure ❤️

Chil's surfing moment

It was a very happy experience! The coach was very friendly, patient with the moves, step by step teaching and setting daily goals, and always encouraged me to feel the joy of surfing these days! The coach will also drive us around Cascais and introduce us to the local cuisine. He is a handsome, funny and friendly coach!
In moby dick it's really chill these days, not even one person feels alone, happy like a kid! And to compliment the nice, hostel aunt, who cleans the camp every day, is in a really good mood and highly recommended to come here on vacation surfing!!!

Amazing staff, volunteers and instructors. The people are welcoming and passionate about what they do! A great place to meet cool people, and perfect if you want an active getaway.
The rooms where nice and the scenery beautiful<3 Will definitely be going back, much love “the three Norwegians”

best holiday ever

The entire experience was so lovely! I highly recommend this booking to anyone looking for a relaxing and exciting getaway. The surf experience was even better than I could have ever expected, our instructor caetano was a great teacher and not bad looking either the hostel itself is nothing g like a typical hostel experience, it’s a beautiful home with lots of rooms to choose from and a lovely outside hand out area where the staff organized a barbecue for us! The hostel is very close to Cascais where you can also catch a quick 20 min train ride to Lisbon city center! I can’t wait to come back

Poor organisation, average place

Generally nice place, although you can clearly see that the equipment needs some refreshing.
The biggest disadvantage is lack or low organisations. Our yoga sessions were constantly rescheduled, one didn’t even take place and there was no refund for it. Also some of the features listed on the website were not available or didn’t happen.
The staff is really cool but based on volunteers so will change soon anyway.
From surfing perspective it’s also average, teachers are constantly changing and only one of them was actually explaining us how to do things and fix our mistakes.
