Location is great!! Super close to the airport and other excursions! Room was very clean and loved it had a balcony with a beautiful view! Property management was very communicative and responded fast! Check in and out proceed was smooth! No complaints

Location is fantastic. Right on the beach. Superb views. Well equipped and comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping.

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful view from the balcony Right on the beach. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. It's nothing fancy, but perfectly fine for general purposes. Everything was in working order, and host was responsive, so really no problems, and it was a great value for the cost. The casino, restaurants, and a (high priced) grocery are right nearby, so you can make most things work without the need for an Uber or whatever. The beach was very nice, with affordable chairs/umbrella ($20 total, I think, for the two of us), so it was all we needed.

Upon arriving, checked mattress, and had saw black mold all around the mattress cover, as well as on the shower curtain in the bathroom. I had contacted manager and he asked if we wanted new sheets. I did decline because I already was disappointed, as that’s a huge health issue. So we had just booked a flight that same night and came back to New York. He is very responsive with his messaging. I’ll give him that plus. But other than that, just be on the look out and I am trying to save others the horrible experience I had myself.

Location near the airport was great, 15-20 minute Uber to OSJ,beach access from the building, the restaurant next door to the left (Lupi’s) great food/drinks, and to the right is Foxwoods Casino. The downside for us was the building was without water (sinks, bathroom, etc) except during specific hours. The host did really try to do what he could, but our couple days in SJ were not what we had hoped.
