Great spot to spend a week

I find it hard to believe someone left a poor rating on Rincon surf house. This is my second visit. Lovely staff, GREAT location right in the center of town. Shared dorm hostel will always be loud and messy, this is one of the cleanest I’ve been to. For the price you pay for this dorm it’s a steal; discounted food, pool, town life and beach… everything is you need is right outside your door. Rolly is accommodating and there’s always great company. I HIGHLY recommend.

Dirty, Loud and Misleading Hostel.

I am sorry to say this place was much less than desired, staff was great though. The location is nice being right in the center of DT but not a necessity because your time is spent elsewhere and the bars in town close early so you're going to drive regardless.
The floors were absolutely filthy with a scum/haze every where, the beds hard and covered in plastic. The surfboards they offer as a selling point are broken. The rooms were extremely loud. No hot water. No lounge area. No idea who is staying there or who is from the bar smoking a cig out back by the rooms.
