Good choice for this area

I don't think that we have felt more comfortable in any hotel of this category. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size with great facilities and exceptionally clean. Very comfortable beds, luxury linens and towels. We had a premium room on the front next to the busy road but the windows are so well sealed that we did not hear a sound from the traffic. The only welcome addition would have been a fridge in the room. Breakfast (buffet style) was a bit variable but adequate and the staff were willing to help with any request such as additional fruit or bread. We ate in the restaurant one lunch time and could not fault it, the food is very good, Italian style. Service was exceptional and we could not praise the staff highly enough, especially Patricia on reception. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit family in the area.

We didn't sleep at all because there was a big cold room roaring behind the wall. My son had an examination in the morning and felt very bad after a night in such a problem "hotel". Hopeless service - lies, lies and manipulation. Behind the noisy breeding of peacocks and chickens. Dirty, it smells of cigarettes, there are some strange people in the bar, an unshaven guy running the service in just underpants and flip-flops, I'm afraid to be there with children.

A surprise follow up to Go-karts

We had a family outing to the indoor go kart track in Wesoła, (Kartrock.pl) just outside Warszawa and as we came back onto the main road back to Warszawa we found this hotel with italian restaurant. We were happy to see that there were already a couple of families in the restaurant so we decided to join them. The place is relatively new (2 years) and very clean both in style and fact. The food was appetising and generous. The children had pizzas which for my 4 yr old daughter came in the shape of a Mickey Mouse head while my wife and I had the fish soup (creamy rather than brothy) followed by steak in green pepper sauce with rocket salad in balsamic vinegar sauce. The presentation, taste and service were all very good and we shall not hesitate to return. Have to say that at the height of the dinner service the 8 family tables were abely served by one very pleasant waitress.

Minus 1 star.

Absolut elændigt, det burde hedde Mela Merde. Værelset var lille, der blev ikke gjort rent de 3 nætter vi var der.
Vi var ca. 16 der bestilte mad. Først så ventede vi sindsygt længe. Den første mad der kom var kold, pomfritterne var blege og bløde. Maden kom ikke samtidigt, så da de sidste 3 blev servert med mangler i forhold til menukortet, var resten af selskabet gået. Der lugtede vildt af lort udenfor hotellet, hvor man gerne ville side i det gode vejr.. Kan på ingen måde anbefales andet til en nød overnatning, på vej til noget bedre.

Włoska kuchnia

Poleca miejsce bo naprawdę takiej włoskiej kuchni nie spotyka się od tak. Dania podawane we włoskim stylu .Można sie poczuć jak w Neapolu.Obsługa i oczywiście właściciele hotelu bardzo mili .Gratuluję tak trzymać. Zawsze wybiorę to miejsce.
