4 visits and still top notch service

This was my 4 time at this hotel.Standards remain so good.The breakfast is still a feast the staff are all helpful with a smile for a non Polish speaking English guy.An update about the pool next door..It is being rebuilt and the construction noise did not bother me in the least.I think the pool complex will be open in 2017 and will make this hotel very very busy.

Lousy Hotel

This is a very, very basic hotel in a retirement stage, which would be described more accurately by 2 stars. Room service is limited to changing towels, carpets are stained and crying for vacuum cleaning. Although the staff is friendly the manager is rude, unhelpful and doesn't give a toss about the hotel guests.

Still top notch service (5th visit)

Another 4 good nights sleep,followed by a huge choice at breakfast.The room was always so warm after returning from the city.The bus stop is at the end of the road 5 minutes walk..Or tram stop 10 minutes walk.I was too late a couple of times and missed the last tram/bus,but a taxi proved to be fast and a good price,,
So yet again it proved to be a perfect retreat from city stress.
Soon next door to the hotel a massive pool complex is due to open Easter I think..This hotel will be perfect for swimmers I think...

It leaves much to be desired, not suitable for people with reduced mobility

The hotel is very basic, I stayed there since it was very close to the airport.
The rooms are small and not furnished in a functional way (e.g. some electricity sockets are partially covered by the furniture), there was barely any space to pass with a luggage between the wall and bed.
Speaking of luggage, as a "welcome" I was surprised that the hotel is on the first floor and there is no elevator, so I had to carry my 20kg suitcase up the spiral stairs. Me and many people can handle that momentary inconvenience, but I can't imagine the situation of people with reduced mobility here.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was far from perfect, the contents of the drain in the bathroom floor probably go way back in time and the washbasin was clogged. I reported it to the staff. There was a faint smell of cigarettes in the hallway.
As a good side, the staff was pretty friendly and they prepared a nice breakfast a bit earlier so I could leave in time for my morning flight. The area downstairs makes a lot better impression than the hotel, which supposedly is a three star facility.

Great weekend

I had a great stay,Breakfast was a feast so much choice,the staff all looked after me very well..A big bonus to me was being asked into a private party..Pure luck..I hope too book again in the future at this hotel.The only drawback I could really see was no lift as the hotel is one floor up..Oh and the swimming complex next door looked very inviting but due to the season was shut..A fine stay all in all.....Many thanks Orbita. Right next to the hotel is a huge park/woods and a fair size supermarket many be 10 minutes walk or a large shopping complex 20 minutes walk (Astra) ..Also it is very near to tram and bus connections for the city ..
