A successful family holiday and a place you want to return to!
After a three-week stay at Hotel Kiston, we can honestly say that it was a truly successful trip and a place we would be happy to return to.
The hotel worked very well for us as a family holiday destination with a small child. It is located in a peaceful area, close to nature, which immediately helps you relax and slow down. There are plenty of attractions on site for both children and adults: a swimming pool with a section for the youngest guests, a jacuzzi, a relaxation area, bowling, billiards, a gym, a trampoline, walking areas and space to play. Another big advantage was the possibility of renting bicycles with helmets and child seats, which made it easy to go for a ride to one of the nearby lakes.
We also have very fond memories of feeding the goats with carrots from the restaurant. It may seem like a small thing, but for our child it was a huge attraction and something we will remember for a long time.
We rate the food very highly. During such a long stay, this is really important, and here the meals were tasty, varied and well prepared. The restaurant definitely deserves praise.
The rooms were clean, well kept and comfortable. The cleaning service was also good, and the entire property gave the impression of being well maintained.
However, the hotel’s greatest asset is its staff. The employees were kind, helpful and genuinely friendly. We especially appreciated their approach to our one-year-old child — the smiles, high-fives and fist bumps really made a difference. Thanks to this, we felt that we were in a place that is truly family-friendly, not just advertised as such.
Warm regards to the entire team — from the hotel Manager, through the ladies in the restaurant, to the lifeguard at the swimming pool. Thank you for the good atmosphere, patience and smiles throughout our stay. We will remember this trip very fondly.

disappointment.
Holiday season is in full swing, and many of you are probably looking for a place to relax. I feel obliged to share this review as a warning against choosing Hotel Kiston. A few minutes spent reading this may save you time and money.
I came across the offer while searching for a gift. Unfortunately, I was misled by the property's marketing campaign. The offer promised relaxation and comfort—I thought I had found the perfect opportunity to unwind with my fiancée and our two-year-old daughter. I booked a 3-night stay, from June 18 to June 21.
Upon check-in, we immediately noticed preparations for a wedding. No one had informed us that an event was planned for Wednesday. We asked about it and were assured that we wouldn't hear anything from our room. We fell for it again. We went up to our floor and noticed a stale smell coming from the carpets in the hallway and the room—but we let it go. While I was unpacking, my fiancée took our daughter to the playroom. The playroom was neglected: many toys were broken, with bolts sticking out, and the activity boards had loose, sharp elements. Again, we let it go. We went to dinner—it was average. Nothing catastrophic, but far below the quality we expected for the price we paid. The à la carte restaurant served better food. Again, we let it go. We went to the pool, and that turned out to be the best part of our stay.
After getting ready for bed, the true nightmare began. The wedding music was clearly audible from our room, and the hallway echoed with the noise of partying guests. We tried to fall asleep. We managed to—for a while. At 11 p.m., we were abruptly woken by a fireworks show. The loud music made it difficult to go back to sleep, but eventually, we lulled our daughter and fell asleep again—only to be woken once more. Around 2 a.m., someone triggered the fire alarm. Our daughter was terrified, and it took us a long time to calm her down. The music was still booming, and our room was filled with light from the corridor—because, as we later found out, the door didn’t close properly and left a visible gap. We called the front desk to voice our concerns, only to be told, “The manager will be in the morning—you can report it then.” Frustrated and exhausted, we struggled to fall asleep to the soundtrack of the party. The final straw came when the wedding spilled into the corridor outside our room. What we experienced that night was unlike anything we’d ever encountered in any other hotel.
As if that wasn’t enough, in the morning we discovered crawling insects in our beds! After breakfast, we informed the manager about everything and our intention to cut our stay short. And what were we offered? A 400 PLN refund—for the sleepless night, the stress, a terrified child, and bugs in our room! 400 PLN and an offer to move us to a different room without a door gap. We refused. For the sake of our well-being and safety, we decided to leave after just one night. We had no trust left in this place. All we wanted was a full refund for the stay. The manager, realizing she had nothing reasonable to offer, recommended submitting a formal refund request and assured us that our complaints were serious enough that a full refund shouldn’t be a problem.
We left.
A week later, we received a response: a refund for one night only. Their justification? The remaining nights could have been problem-free. Yes, that was their wording—could have, in the conditional tense. They weren’t certain they could guarantee a safe stay, and yet they chose to keep the money for a service they failed to deliver.
In summary: this so-called “prestigious” hotel is anything but. The carpets stink, the food is mediocre, the rooms are infested. The facilities are poorly maintained and underfunded. The staff is incapable of handling crisis situations. The property is clearly focused on profiting from large events, unable to simultaneously provide a comfortable stay for individual guests.
I strongly encourage you to learn from our experience. It cost us 1,590 PLN, our nerves, a terrified child, a sleepless night, and a wasted vacation. Perhaps your stay won’t be as unpleasant—but is it worth the risk? I recommend giving this “prestigious” hotel a wide berth.

The perfect location for weekend or holiday: stylish and cozy
My stay at the Kiston Hotel was simply perfect!
Expect sparkling clean, oversized rooms with all the right touches, simply perfect for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.
The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to the guests’ needs.
The food was delicious with a variety of options, making every meal a treat.
Top tip: whatever you do, don’t skip the duck legs! They are incredibly tasty and tender.
However, I would have one "complaint": I don't know why, but the time spent in such a wonderful place passed much too quickly!
It’s a lovely and quiet area with such a chill vibe. If you’re looking for some peace and quiet, this is it!

Lovely place to relax and have fun with kids
Lovley place located in Suleczyno in the middle of Kaszuby districts
We went with two boys 2 and 3 years old.
Food is delicious specially loin steaks (wow) can’t wait to eat it again.
There is a nice swimming pool,bowling,table tennis and lovely playground for kids.
It’s beginning of January and is nice and not busy.we can actually enjoy our holiday.
Because kiston is not that busy we where offered options to choose any thing from restaurant menu instead off catering menu..
Staff are wery frendly and helpful.
Definitely we will comeback here in the future.

4*. Clean and neat. Comfortable bed, spacious room.
Style - a bit of roccoco - up to your taste to evaluate. Rather elegant, not shoddy.
DELICIOUS BREAKFAST - variety of fish different species and dishes types. Yummie!
Unfortunately, away from any lake - 2 kms=no walking distance.
Hotel is in calm countryside area and good point to do trips around or just relax in peaceful surroundings.
Interestingly - during breakfast i could not hear any guest speaking Polish language.
Prices are not for every/average Polish pocket for sure.
