Idealny na 1noc

Hotel to wieżowiec z 2 windami. Mozna dostrzec różnice, od 5pietra hotel przeszedł remont, natomiast pokoje ponizej wygladaja jak w akademiku. Otrzymalismy pokoj na 9 pietrze z 3lozkami.
W pokoju jest biurko, szafa, wieszak na ubrania. Reczniki na wyposazeniu. W łazience byl prysznic. Łozka byly wygodne. W cenie noclegu bylo rowniez sniadanie, serwowane w restauracji na dole, tzw szwedzku stół. Plus za gorące, swiezo wypieczone buleczki, duzy wybor wedlin, salatek. Również jogurt byl dostepny.
Idealng stosunek ceny do jakosci.

Basic but ok!

Due to the courtesy of the Director of the hotel, my room was upgraded to deluxe.
In fairness, the room had little in common with what deluxe means.
Well, at least it was recently decorated and clean..

Old rooms with no cleaning

We got an old hotel room with no curtains that close the entire window, so we wake up at 5 every morning. They do not clean the room every day. They do not change towels every day. Toilet was old and dirty, flies where in the lamps.
When telling this to the reception they just stated that that was normal and there was nothing to do about it.

Disaster stay.

Well, we arrived there on the 25/12/3016 until the 28/12/2016.
Check in/ check out: check in was smooth and efficient. Check out very smooth as well
Room : warm , clean enough. We stayed in room 1007. Beds are small , not enough pillows, shower head was broken we had to hold the shower head while taking a shower even the rails in the shower were broken . We stayed there for 3 night and they NEVER CLEANED THE ROOM ONE. Disaster .
Breakfast: the first day was only cheese, bread and orange juice , next day there was no breakfast and 3rd day there few choices.
I know it's Christmas but at least inform guests you are not gonna provide room service, breakfast or cleaning the room.
Waste of money and really disappointed and I don't recommend staying there at all .
Hopefully the management will do something about it.

Nothing special

It is good place to sleep there. Rooms are clean - but nothing special. This hotel have not any star classification, so no standards in rooms. Localization is ok - in the centre of the city. Restaurant is ok.
